seen this senko color???

Featured Replies

Has anyone ever seen a senko/knockoff in black with purple flake? Zoom calls this color blackberry. Fish in my ponds loves this color but I have not seen it in a stick bait.

GYCB Senkos come in Smoke with Purple Flake - 157.  I like this color.

Great color for tannin stained water and ponds with lots of dark silt from decomposing vegetation.  The water is dark, but not muddy.  In this "blackwater" the bait looks like something is there, no definite shape, but there is a splash of color.  Looks edible, gets bit.  That's my theory, anyway.  Sort of the opposite of why really reflective baits work in crystal clear water.

I know that zoom made the Z-nail, which was like their senko, but I dont know if they still make it, and im not sure if they ever made it in the blackberry color.  Maybe you could find some in a discount bin somewhere, I know the bass pro outlet in Springfield Missouri had a lot of them for 50 cents a pack a few years ago.  I was looking at their Speed worms and ultravibe speed worm and they look just like a senko with a tail, if you could find some of them in blackberry, you could just snip the tail off and it may work. just and idea.

There are handpour guys that will make what you're looking for.  I also seem to remember that Yamamoto will do custom colors, but you have to buy a large quantity

I'm pretty sure you could also get this color from *** with their *** for a much better value
