I reeled in a globe once.  Some kids must have been ticked off about geography class.  

 

Weirdest thing I ever saw reeled in.....a guy I was with pulled up a Glock 9mm, about half a clip and one in the chamber.

Flat rocks. In the river they sometimes run

and dive, the fight can be awesome!

 

Yeah I read about them.

They're sedimentary rocks comprised of metamorphic silt, 

the scientific name is 'Micropterus dolomieu'

Fishing with my son in Grand Haven MI, off the pier I thought I had a d**n turtle it was stuck on the bottom and taxing out my ugly stick Tiger Pole, when we got it up it was a bag with a volley ball painted like Wilson from the movie Cast Away (Tom Hanks) cut with a giant rock shoved inside.... someone's idea of funny, which it kind of was but also embarrassing because everyone thought I had a Salmon or something big on.
