Howdy from Kentucky

Featured Replies

Howdy y'all.

I grew up in Nashville fishing on Old Hickory Lake, but about 10 years ago I moved up here to Louisville Kentucky. I had not even wet a line in that whole time until this year when my buddy jeosbo01 got me to go to a local pond with him for the spring trout stocking. I have never had so much fun in my life.

Since then he and I have been out right near every weekend, and sometime multiple times a week. We have caught everything from Sauger and Striper to Largemouth and Crappie.

The Bass bug has bit me bigtime again, and so here I am on your good looking forums.

Just thought I'd introduce myself. Have fun!

-Your Sick Uncle Morti.

That sounds like a lot of fun!  Kentucky lake is one of my favorite places on earth... right up there with Islamorada.

Welcome!

Hey Home Boy!  I grew up in Louisville and fished on Taylorsville Lake when it was first impounded.

You're going to like it here.

By the way, they don't have largemouth in Islamorada.
