I'm form Union, Ms. And studying Culinary Art. hence the stupid name :D

Hoping to meet some others from MS on here who love to fish and chat

    Such questions as to 1) how to make a perfect reaux; 2) how to get oyster nice and crispy but not burnt when frying them; 3) your favorite redfish courtboulion; and 4) secrets to eating crawfish.

    Those are for starters!!!!
