Featured Replies

Wondering if anyone uses these? How you riggin em'? Also what other yamamoto baits do you use with success?

They work great for SM  :D

I use them with a jig head, just like a normal jig and pic.

I t-rig them with a 4/0 weighted hook

the double tail hula grub is one of my favorite baits. i usually rig it on a yamamoto 1/4oz arkie jighead.

x2, they have a very nice fall. Bass love it

My favorite bait! My buddy caught a 20" 5lb'er yesterday on one...and a 21" 5lber two weeks ago.

I like black and black with blue specs...green some times too. Brown and red can be good in gravle pits and sandy bottoms. Silver single tail can be fished like a swim jig...I did good for high numbers on that last summer.

I caught 90% of my big bass last season on a black twin tail on a 1/4 jog.

I fish'em slow on the bottom, swim them fast, and pitch docks with them.

Very good all around bait.

T rigged with a 1/4 oz bullet worked for me..

its a yamamoto bait... you could probably wacky rig it and still catch fish! :D

Threw one last night for a while on a 2/0 hook, t-rigged, but no success.

Last night they wanted a curly tale grub.

T-rigged, 1/8 oz weight; jig head; C-rigged; or weightless and

weedless in heavy cover.
