Old New Guy

Featured Replies

Just want to say that this is a great site. Information is endless, and Glenn's interviews are great. I have ben a member since 2005 but haven't posted but a few times. I just spend my time soaking up the information that others post and reading the endless articles that are avaliable. Great stuff! I have learned a great deal and kept very entertained over my years of membership. I am old two ways, been a member for a while and age. I am 66, semi-retired,and fairly new to bass fishing. Got my first bass boat 6 years ago and really enjoy getting out on the water. I would like to let everyone know that I live 35 minutes from KY and Barkley lakes and you are welcome to go fishing with me if you are ever in the area. I have a Triton 21X fully fishing ready bass boat and will be glad to share a back seat with anyone anytime. Just give me a shout and if I am free, we will go fishing. I am usually off the last 2 weeks of each month but not always. I work about 26 weeks, but sometime have to help out at work on days I am scheduled to be off. I am going to miss the road trip again this year as I am scheduled to be on call. What a bummer. I am not real good at catching fish, but I sure do like trying, so if you ever decide to share the boat with me, can't promise we will catch fish, but we will give it our best. So, hello everyone and good fishing. Thanks for a great place for an old man to hang out. Larry (bucky)

Hi to one old guy from another. I would love to share a day fishing with you if I get out your way. I have an empty back seat myself if you ever get out to the Wichita Kansas area. Ron

Welcome and as Senile said, very nice message.

Welcome Larry!

If you're ever in Fisherman's Headquarters in Draffenville, give me a shout out. Greg (every day) and I (Wed, Fri and Sat) both work there.
