Lost a Coho to a breakoff on 12# gear, and one the biggest brown trout bucks I've seen this year came unbuttoned after a tarpon like vertical jump.

Mesquite for any BBQ, Mexican,or Asian marinade. Apple for fruity marinades. I mostly smoke cure, but will smoke cook them as well.
