Now good Ike I do alot more often when I catch a big fish I scream like a lunatic and get all exited. I do it when my son catches fish to and even at 2 hes embarrassing of his dad and starts blushing telling me to stop it lol but then goes home and recreates it to his mother to show how big his fish was.

I swear like a trucker when I lose one, and when I catch one, I yell at the fish " I CAUGHT YOU!!! ". People find it amusing..yup iv gone Ike both the good and bad. Iv thrown rods I broke one over a tree once. I used to have a really really bad temper back when I was younger before I settled down and started a family I used to break everything when I got ticked. luckily back then $30 was a expensive combo to me so it wasn't like now if I was smashing veritas's over trees because something dumb happened. Now I will just swear like a trucker which I do anyways even if everything's fine.

Not usually, just a few swear words when a big one comes off, or I get a lure bite off by a pike. The one time I did go "Ike" was just a few days ago, I got a jerkbait that I only had one left of get bit off by a pike, I swore and threw my rod on the deck................breaking it. Oh well, live an learn.
That my friend is wise words.

Money and competition changes nothing, If one is prone to go ballistic they will lose their cool over minor issues as well. Many people lose their own money, whether it be investing, business or gambling and never flinch. Would Warren Buffet or Carl Icahn have a rage over losing 30 million dollars on a deal gone bad, I rather doubt it.Competition and money changes things.
I lose a big fish and hardly pay much attention to it, I know I get some and lose some.

I don't know about that, tournament fishing seems to be less like Warren Buffet losing a few mil, and more like 30 crackheads fighting over an 8 ball. That prize money means more to them than it would to a silver-spooner like Buffet. When I was younger, I did some prizefighting, and I can tell you, money changes things. Win or lose can be the difference between making a little money, or not having gas money to get home. I don't think tour anglers are much different, especially ones that are just coming up.Money and competition changes nothing, If one is prone to go ballistic they will lose their cool over minor issues as well. Nope. I pay for my stuff and and don't care for people who don't a have a reasonable level of self control. Drama queens need not apply.
Thank you. I was just getting ready to post something very similar.
Contrary to popular belief, "Shimano" is not the answer to every question.

I have been known to express myself with lots of four letter words and stomp my foot a few times.
