I don't know anything about jerkbait engineering, but thats a cool lookin lure.
  2. 71Rig, My fear of boogymen and cancer causing chemicals is surpassed only by your sarcastic wit. I drive over that "secret" creek everday. I also fish the UOSA on a regular basis, but I wouldn't wade there either. ;D

Thats pretty sweet, I really like the A5. I don't really play enough to justify buying a nice gun like that. I just use my friends extra, or the rentals.
  7. Oh snap! crazy pics. I've seen a few of them around here. Didn't know they could cause permanent damage.

yea, we played the woods in the morning. By lunch time my legs were killing me. Crouching and sneaking around is fun, but Im way more affective on the move. I realized if I made it all the way down the course, before anyone on the other side was done getting sittuated, I could take a couple out while my backup snatched the flag and started booking. ;D
  9. last month on the Occoquan River, They were hitting the mepps #3 and the x-rap. They came in when we got our first small cold front.

about two weeks ago I went paint balling with co-workers. Feels great to shoot some of the people that you work with. ;D Hmm, so many choices.. Doh! Headshot at Dodge City A lil target practice at lunch. Off to play hyper ball on the Tournament fields. This is the last game, Its how we get rid of the rest of the balls. Its called painball. You get out when you run out of balls, or you just cant take the pain anymore. ;D Anyone else paintball? Its a good stress release, and really fun.
  11. This is Exactly why I've been wanting a kid. Im getting bored with this stagnant adult life. >
  12. I must be targeting those bird-fish hybrids, because I lost a brand new jig to a tree this weekend. I was also walking the trail at Mercer a couple months back, Decided to try some lesser traveled spots, only to end up knee deep in a beaver den.
  13. GREAT FISHING RON!
  14. I am thankful to have been good friends with such a brave soldier. He had very strong beliefs at time even I questioned and regarded as crazy. But I know he wanted what was best. He just wanted to fight, Fight for our country, fight for our freedom. God bless you Paul. http://iraq.pigstye.net/article.php/BalintPaul And thank you aint texan, SFC_AL and the rest of you guys over there.

  17. Next time Im down there Im gonna take a picture of the sign that says not to eat the game fish, because they carry a chemical that has been known to cause cancer. Really rig, If it wasn't for your posts I might not have given that place a shot.
  18. I write with my left hand, throw with my right arm makes sense. Cast with my right arm, reel with my left.
  19. Nice! I think next time I want to try the manassas side of the bridge. Looks like it has better paths.
  20. Thanks guys. the sun was in and out, so I had to keep adjusting. But overall it was a really nice day. Its nice there with all the leave on the ground. I still wouldn't suggest wading. ;D
