its mainly a bunch of little scratches and cuts from all the bass jumping around in my hands... i did catch my pb largemouth - 18.25 inches probably a dink for you southern people, but thats the largest largemouth caught out of the place i was fishing that i've ever seen and i was fishing from shore

100!
So i've been taking summer classes and haven't gotten to fish as much as I wanted to this summer so I decided to challenge myself: 100 fish landed in one day (the most fish i've ever caught in one outing was 30+) So i got up and drove out to my fishing spot (mississippi river pool 11 dam-O'learys) at 5 am. main point of story: 14 hours later after standing in a thunderstorm for about 20 minutes pulling my last 5 in, i finally reached the 100 mark! boy was i tired... and sunburnt the totals: 94 LMB 5SMB 1 northern pike about 35 were on bomber model a's, 10 on senkos, 3-4 on xrap, and the rest on shakey head worms so, after about 13 hours of straight fishing, i finally accomplished my goal for the summer ;D

Berkley vanish transition
I've used Vanish Transition as well. It does break a lot and I would not purchase it again. The Trilene 100% flouro isn't bad, and I really like Gamma Edge, but it also is quite pricy

Abyone with a Skeet Reese Revo?
its too bad they don't carry them at bps... i could use all my hard earned points towards it

? regarding line size.
I use 50lb power pro on my 6'6" avid. Setting the drag looser will help avoid the problem with the line digging into the spool

My First:
Nice! ... the musky that is
-
Braid Preference
I've used only fireline and power pro. fireline was terrible, but i'm kinda a big fan of power pro right now
-
My First:
nah... it wasn't the pike, it was just some dinky smallmouth, i got one treble out when he jerked really hard... it really sucked because he had one treble and the other one was lodged in my hand, and then he continued to jerk around for 15 to 20 seconds so the hook was just bouncing around in my hand

My First:
Today was a pretty fun and interesting day fishing... It was the first: time i got a hook stuck in my hand past the barb... very unpleasant time i got to use my brand new custom 6'6" mf St. Croix Avid time i used powerpro time i landed a northern pike (23in, just a little guy) time i landed a sauger pretty good day... except that hook that i had to wrench out of my hand. it got me between the thumb and index finger and i luckily was able to get it out without ripping out a big chunk of my hand

Funny things you do with your lures
Every time i get new soft plastics or jigs, i try them out in my roommates fish tank... he gets very irritated when he catches me doing this though ;D

Zero Brake Setting for Casting Reel
I decided to give no brakes another try the other day... i got 2-3 good casts off and then BAM! I then spent the next fifteen minutes cutting my line off... >

crankin reel
I use my Revo S as my cranking reel... I don't throw deep cranks so it works perfectly
