Wal Mart does not really have that great of a selection of fishing equipment. Occasionally they will have things on clearance, but their prices are not really that much cheaper than tackle stores

Generally speaking, there is no such thing as too big (to an extreme) Bigger lures= less dinks (most of the time) So, no, your 6" tube isn't "too big"

The LC Pointer as a search bait huh?? Thats interesting. I would much rather burn a crankbait as I fish a pointer quite slowly most of the time
