We're called the Patriot guard Riders. You don't need a Harley, they also use cars (known as cagers). Anyone can participate, it's all about honoring the fallen hero and protecting their families from possible protesters through NON-VIOLENT means. Basically, if protesters show up, they are blocked off from view of the family with American flags and their chants are drowned by the revving of the motorcycle engines. pretty moving and the least we could do for these families. I am no expert, but the paint does have to be really thin. I am not sure how to clean, depends on the owners manual. You can mix paints before spraying just make sure to shake/stir very good, so there is no streaks of the one color. -searoach
