The Bear was just being a Bear. He wondered somewhere that he shouldnt have through no fault of his own. So you say kill it? You know for a fact that bear will come right back and cause trouble? At least give it a fair chance, it only did what bears do. If it happens again then think about other options. I think they handled it perfectly and i think the man who saved the Bear was one hell of a guy.

I am in no means making excuses for her but like Fisher of Men said, maybe she was working alot, which hospital employees do, or had way too much on her mind. Not only do i feel bad for the child but her as well, the pain she will have the rest of her life knowing her child died because of her. I think i would rather be dead then have to live with that.

This wasn't on purpose but if i were to look at my rods and reels that i actually use, i would only see Shimano. The only rod i use other than the Crucial is a Compre, i use it for spinning tackle. I went from Ugly Stiks to BPS Bionic Blades to Compre's then to the Crucial's and stopped there. I absolutely love them.

The speed limit is there for a reason, its not a suggestion. You say you have been driving for 15 years with no tickets and you think having to take a class is a joke because you got one finally? If your going 17 mph over then maybe you need a refresher course. I dont see why people hate and disrespect people enforcing laws, they're just doing there job. Without them, in the world we live in, everyone would be doing triple digits and the fatality rate would be sky high.
