I don't think making comments was in your best interest. Like it has been said 1,000 times, i doesn't hurt to take a few fish, it actually helps. Next time this happens i would suggest just leaving it alone, your comments wont make a difference so don't waste your breathe.

I didn't mention the super flukes because he said he had a Medium action rod. I use to use a medium action rod to fish the supers but i couldn't seem to get a good hookset, i switched to a MH and now i do fine with them. Do you have any hookup problems with a Medium action and super flukes?

I don't know of any kits either but i can suggest some for you. GYCB Kreature GYCB Senko Zoom Worms & Lizards Zoom Shakey Head worms with a shakey head jig Zoom tubes Just buy some Gamakatsu 3/0 and 4/0 hooks, T-Rig em' and you'll be set.

The longer rod will help with casting distance and with the hookset. You can fish spinner/buzzbaits off of the same rod and you can definitely fish T-Rigs also.
