I have 1 and i use it for multiple applications. Spinnerbaits, buzz baits and some times Texas rigs. It was the first baitcasting rod i bought and i like it alot. At its price range i would say go for it. Like others said if you can find it on sale then your getting a pretty good deal.

I've had a similar experience. I was playing baseball in the backyard with friends, and I was using an aluminum bat. Well after I was done batting, I got the urge to strike a pine tree that was near me. Well I leveled the tree and DOINK!!! The bat bounced off the tree and leveled me in the forehead. I got knocked out cold. I still to this day have no idea what made me hit the tree and I still don't understand how the bat could bounce back as fast as it went foward. ROFL. I pictured that in my head and cracked up laughing. I just tried putting together a bookshelf at work about 5 hours ago and had the bottom shelf and top shelf turned the wrong way and had different colors showing. My boss wasnt very happy :-/.

LOL! ahhh that was funny. I feel your pain i have a 2000 blazer that i have out almost put as much money as i paid for it into it. Everytime i turn around something goes wrong with it. I think everybody is entitled to one of those cars in their lifetime. Lucky for me i found an incredible deal on a new truck so i dont have to deal with the pos anymore. now my brother gets to deal with it :-X

I have put together a table for a family member before and got finished only to realize that all of the pieces that go in between the legs of the chairs were put on upside down :-[. $#@! happens once in a while.

Does anybody here in TX fish Grapevine Lake? I hear its an excellent lake for bass fishing and was just seeing if anyone fishes there and can give me a little info about it, maybe some good spots also. I live 45 minutes from it but have never been and cant wait to go soon.

Yes but my main issue is i canceled it the SAME DAY 1 HOUR LATER. Yet they told me i never canceled it. I did what i was told to cancel it yet im still being charged for it. The papers i filled out weren't even sent off yet to wherever they send them too. It was 1 hour later, the first benefits paper should never of been sent in. And now because of miscommunication and stupid employees im stuck with medical insurance that i dont need or want for a full year?

Ok here goes. About a month and a half ago i go and apply for a job not thinking i will get it and not caring if i did which was mistake number 1. So im filling out paper work and things and i was handed a piece of paper with medical, dental and vision insurance. Not thinking i would get the job or even caring i checked them all, mistake number 2. So i find out i got the job well i decided to go with it and my mom mentioned im still covered for a little while longer on her medical insurance since im barely 18 and told me that dental and vision would be money from my check as well so i decide to go and cancel them all. I go back up there the SAME DAY about an hour later and find a lady and ask her how i would go about canceling them all and she tells me that all i have to do is fill out this piece of paper and thats it. So i fill out the paper and assume its canceled because she told me that was all that had to be done. I start the job and the first 2 paychecks are normal. The third week i got a bad case of the flu and missed 3 days so i knew my check the following week would be short. I got my check and it wasnt as much as the usual which i expected so i didnt even look at the stub and cashed it. The next week (last friday) i got another check and noticed that medical insurance had been taken out and it was 29$. So i talked to a woman at my work and she told me that it takes a few weeks for it to get through the system and said that they will stop taking it out soon. So i said ok and went on about my business. Then this past week (yesterday) i got my check and noticed med insurance had again been taken out so i asked the lady again and she told me to call a number and gave it to me. So i call the number and get a hold of a woman and she tells me that they do not deal with insurance and that i would have to call the actual insurance company and gave me another number to call. So i call the number and finally get a hold of someone who will talk with me. The lady told me that filling out a piece of paper does not cancel insurance and that i had to call and cancel it through them. So i asked her then why would they give me the option of canceling it by filling out this paper and not tell me that i had to call? She told me she had no clue. She then directed me to the automated line and told me to follow the prompts and cancel it there but if it has been more than 30 days i cannot cancel it until next year. It has been 2 months and 2 weeks so i figured it wouldnt work but i thought i would try it anyways. So i go through the prompts and it tells me that i have successfully declined all benefits.How do i know that it did since they told me i only had 30 days and it has been 2 and a half months? Oh yea and when i told the lady about it and asked if i was going to be reimbursed for the money that was taken out of my checks since it wasnt my fault she told me "probably not". So im not sure if its canceled but im going up there tomorrow to sit down and talk with a supervisor and see if its canceled or not and see if they can help me out since i was misinformed and im also going to see if i can get the money back they have taken out. I feel a little overwhelmed and angry and im very anxious for monday to get here so i can figure this all out. I can understand it not being canceled if it was my fault but i was misinformed so i think they should change it. Just needed to vent a little......Hopefully i can get it straightened out on Monday.

I dont own any of the Promax series but i do own some revos and they are the only reels i use. I would say spend that 100$. I believe you get what you pay for. If you are really tryin to save money which i completely understand then look up the topic about the Promax there was alot of positive posts about it. Good luck with whatever you pick.
