  1. If you like fishing with fluoro, switch brands. Vanish is absolute garbage, and is well know for line breakage. If you like Berkley, check out their new 100% fluoro.

I read Skeet was throwing a 3/8oz LC spinnerbait and a Berkley Crazy Legs Chigger Craw. What else was he throwing? How about Ike?
  3. Does this box have the same set-up as the Falcon, the only diference being the Falcon holds the baits standing up, where the 3704 holds the baits on their side?
  4. one word, Fail don't let dude hit on your wife, my god man!, dudes like that are just sick! knock him in nuts or something, believe it brother! I'm missing the connection here. Can you please tell me what my post has to do with this?
  5. Believe it or not, there is sporting news that takes place outside the east coast. I would try and touch on this. I know, I know, that expo on what David Ortiz eats for breakfast was riveting, and that piece on Derek Jeter's days as the Math Club secretary was very emotional......
  6. My buddies and I pass that crap around and take mandatory cannonballs every caution during NASCAR races. YUCK!!!
  7. Best of luck Natural. I always enjoy your posts, and though we've never met, you definitely seem like the kind of guy that I'd buy a brewski for. I sincerely hope it all works out.
  8. Beautiful set-up; one to be very proud of. I've always wanted a Teaser, just have too many holes to fill first. Congrats.
  9. Took advantage of the '12 Days of Christmas Sale', eh?
  10. Thanks for the pic Burley.
  11. Does anyone have experience with the Strike Shad? It's from the same custom line, and has a broader body.
  12. I don't get it. I honestly think Girl Scout cookies suck. They're waxy, and have that mass-produced taste to them. No thanks, ya'll can keep them.
  13. Thanks for the replies all.
  14. Watching birds eat out of the water never gets old. This past autumn we had a nice group of us at my parents' cabin in NC WI. We were watching a bald eagle scoping out the lake from a tree, oh, about fifty yards away. Suddenly he swoops down to the water and picks out a turtle. Simply amazing.
  15. I was wondering how well this box accommodates 1/2oz and larger spinnerbaits? How about larger jigs? Any other comments? Thanks.
  16. Click on the link to the Detroit Lions/Hitler video. I about died when I heard the line about the short bus.
  17. Heck no, give it a shot. Musky guys and gals have been slinging big baits long before swimbaits and bass were mentioned in the same sentence. Musky baits are the original 'swimbaits.'
  18. Lure saver type split-rings are an option. http://www.***.com/descpageSAVERRING-ULSR.html
  19. The Sounds should put up a lot of runs this year, as three studs have been called up from AA. Pitching will be very thin though. Watch for Mat Gamel at 3B, Angel Salome at C, and Aliceds Escobar at SS. The kid at SS has a wicked glove, very Ozzie Smith-like. The kid at 3B has no glove, but is a torrid hitter. Too bad the Crew traded stud LF prospect Matt LaPorta to the Indians for CC, he's going to be something.
  20. The trailers are pretty vanilla.
  21. A good crankin' rod is the antithesis of a good wormin' rod. For plastics, an x-fast/fast action is the way to go. For cranks, a mod-fast/mod action is the best way to go. Also, most guys and gals go with a fast reel for plastics and jigs...anything with an IPT above 26 or so.
  22. If you are going to get a Helium for plastics, I'd recommend getting a MH. The medium LTA's are a bit too moderate for a dedicated soft-plastics rod.
  23. Why are you going to waste your time when you could bring her to the new Friday the 13th movie? Talk about romance.
  24. Just curious if anyone has seen this show? I thought at least some of our Canadian members, or some of da Yoopers might have seen these guys. I just started watching a few months ago, and I'm hooked. They're all over youtube for those searching; it's a fictional show based out of Nova Scotia.
