  1. when i was real young my dad would drop me off at a dounut pond we had on our property when he would go bail hay or something, with a cane pole and some little shiners- i would catch bass all day, i'll never forget that..
  2. as fishindaddy said, the accessible canals are still holding plenty of fish and the spawn is still goin on. espicially where i said those pros are fishing. im going out tommorrow to see who all are fishin my spots. ANYONE ELSE GONNA BE OUT THERE??
  3. yeah water level=low ...but fishin is fine, although for the front coming through, it may be tough. either the winner is gonna pull some huge bedding fishies from.. :-X.. or someones gonna pull a huge bag shallow crankin. i'm :-X because i know where boyd duckett, scroggins, g-man and Omori are fishin, my buddy 'accidently' pulled a 8lber in front of them..
  4. my first touney i finish 11th out of 75. it was a dreadful lake but pulled a 6lb kicker.
  5. alot of times in low visibility water i just fish where i think there should be beds. fish in darker water tend to pick up a bait better off a bed than fish in clearer water IMO.
  6. i think competition is a key word...whether competing with the fish or trying to bring in a bigger weight than someone else. yes i think it's a sport, heck some people believe chess and :-/poker are sports...
  7. what about a fluke or senko/ weightless worm setup. or maybe another crankin setup for lipless cranks..
  8. Levi regular fit, cheap so i can replace them after a short while

  15. go ahead and swim under the boat...once down past 10 feet any boats hull looks black, no matter what its paint color.
  16. that's really amazing..im real hungry for backstrap now! ;D
  17. i've tried it, tastes like $#!*. and reaaly doesn't do too much but get you drunk.(i did have ample amount) propbably won't drink it again cause of the taste, but to all their own- you may like it..
  18. i have the terminal box, lipless, spinerbait, and mid-crank boxes and they keep my stuff very well organized, i reccomend them highly..
  19. i'd put it not too far from shore where there's some kind of decent depth change therefore the bass wont travel too far to find it and they'll most likely already be in the area, just more concentrated now.
  20. like i said it's really up to everyone if they want to fish for money or fun or both, doesn't make any difference to me. go ahead and throw some numbers and dates out there. when my friends and i do this we normally throw down $20-$30. and for dates i'll be the first to say im somewhat limited, but here's some dates March 22 or 23, April 19 or 20, April 26 or 27, May 3 or 4...
  21. dude that sucks, im sorry...those low life $%#@!!%$ need learn how to make an honest living.
  22. there's a couple of places around Disney; Butler Chain (closest, but with ramp fee) Kissimmee Chain/Toho( just south), Johns Lake(north on hwy 50), and Conway Chain (to the east) i'll leave it up to yall to pick where and when.
  23. i am the exact same way, execpt im only 22. but i've tried all those weight gainers and none work, and i eat like a horse. i found out from my sports psychology teacher that its the wrong kind of protein. ha and the most i've ever weighed was when i pole vaulted 177lbs.
