  1. sure they are....Ike spends the winter working out exactally, you think you don't have to be in shape to stand eight hours in the blazing sun, freezing 30mph winds, hualing arse over 4 footers: your crazy. those who look at it as a hobbie(nothing wrong with that) would not be out in these conditions, they wouldn't go out and stay home. Only an athlete is willing to go through this.
  2. Oh i'm here buddy!
  3. yeah try throwing a search bait(lipless crank or spinnerbait) in new areas to find them, then pick them apart. which lakes in florida btw?
  4. this is for when i go to Kentucky for my Lake Cumberland tourny Tournament cost: $150 Truck gas: $ 400(round trip) Boat gas: $200(6 days) Lodging: $150(per person-6 days) Food : $100 And i'm sure the expenses will execed $1000 due to unexpected stuff too...

  6. isn't that a dukie rig ??(pyramid sinker and floating crankbait) but way more expensive. dukie rig works, but that thing looks retarded, my opinion...
  7. you mean lens? amber, works the best for bass fishing, they use blue mirrored out in the ocean which works well.

i'd probably use a little faster search bait like a crankbait or jerkbait then go to a c-rig or drop-shot once you found then. that's just me...
  12. i always slap a big fat hog in when im fishin, and spit all over the water... i catch fish, heck little minnows come up to eat some ;D

  16. went out on the harris chain before watchin the elite weigh in. probably caught over 20lbs! no kidding! in the apopka-beauclair canal fish were pullin back on beds. caught some shallow crankin off grass in Beauclair. Caught a seven, two fives, and some two pounders. was really surprised at the low elite weights, but i understand its hard to leave what they've been doing so good on before.
  17. the reel would be the new stradic and the rod would be a 6-9 medium Deep South rod-> it's new on the market. very sensitive and light

i think it'll sink anyhow, but would use a longer leader in clear water- 20-30 inches maybe.
  21. this is my stand also..
  22. that was freakin hilarious!!! ;D
  23. Yes the pros get exemptions to catch 12" bass but that permit also allows them to bring in more than one fish over 22". it would suck if you had to throw back a huge fish cause you already had a huge fish!?!
