  1. X2 I am a lefty and all my reels have the handle on the left. Spinning and baitcasting. I hold the rod and set the hook with my right hand.
  2. Nice!! Looks like a healthy population of bass too!
  3. Man I love the Extremes and Pro-Qualifiers $100-$130.
  4. Rat-l-traps and Cotton Cordell. Always swap out hooks for the next larger size regardless of weight. I have an issue with the Lucky Craft LVRs. Ever since my brother in law peirced my ear with the huge Gamakatsus on one, I can't look at them the same. He actually had to push the hook the rest of the way through because it was past the barb and cut it. That kinda hurt!! Luckily he is a firefighter/medic and it was my ear and not my face!
  5. Tubes are cheap and very effective. Buy bulk and they are like 50 cents for a tube and jighead. Muddy n Ice is that really weeds? I think I know what you talking about, and it's more like a snotty slime right? Kinda looks like a loogey in the water.
  6. X2 Aweful hard to catch if they know you are there and what you are doing!
  7. I use hold tight snaps for cranks thats it. I know you can use swivels to reduce line twist, but I cut off so much line throughout the day I usually have to respool after the trip anyway. I don't litter, I throw trimmed line in a storage compartment and get rid of it in the trash.
  8. I love these baits. A little hard to find exactly what you want though.
  9. ;)X2 Never have had a problem with my 3 bank Pro-Charger. Knock on wood . It is 7 years old and runs 24/7 too.
  10. Don't know how much it weighs but it is big. Very nice!
  11. Water temps in the high 50's here. Catchin a few with a rattletrap ripped through the weeds.
  12. I would much rather fish in the rain than a cloud free scorcher. I think the rain is very relaxing. As long as there isn't too much wind. When I go fishing I really don't care if it pours thats why there is GORE-TEX.
  13. Way to go!!!! Sounds like your season is off to a great start!
  14. It is clearly a matter of choice!
  15. Hola!! I don't much of of Illinios!
  16. I use a double palomar. The knot is pretty fat. I have not really had an issue with this.
  17. B.A.S.S. is no nets FLW is nets. my mistake. I didn't reread before posting. You know what I meant though..
  18. Senko on an open jighead.
  19. They match their names and actions to what everybody says is generally acceptable for the given action or technique. No real difference other you are told what to use that rod for. Kinda a way to sell you a rod for each tecnique and pay alot more than you need to. I have rods I use for a specific technique but not because they say so.
  20. Rebel POP-Rs and a few yozuri poppers I used and was wackin smallies left and right with em!
  21. Thats why I put the other box up there too. I knew I had to forget at least one or two really great anglers. I am huge fans of the linders! The Linders and Bill Dance by far have taught me the most!!!
  22. why do you have to fish tourneys to vote? all these guys have taught a thing or two to everyone that fishes for bass!
  23. I know Rick Clunn won the Greatest Angler award. I was just wondering how the vote would go down around here!
