My family drinks 1% milk because of my daughters diet. She has to take a round of steriods once a month and tha keeps her a little puffy so we try to keep her weight in check and she loves milk. I prefer whole milk with ice in it.

Which series are you fishing there Champ?

Haven't been up to the big lake yet but, lets meet up at Ashtabula or Conneaut mid- May. The smallies should be about prime then. Maybe the 16th or 17th?

Looks to be a hickory shad. A general shad pattern should produce. Though you often see tons of these shallow in spring in clearer water it doesn't mean bass are near. They school up huge and move alot. I am only 20 miles away and I remember you fish Sippo right. Well the Portage Lakes and other area lakes are loaded with these guys.

He has been on Hank Parker before and can catch em with the best!

October 14, 2007. My daughter was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Nothing else has even come close in my life to that day. She will not be done with treatments until December 19, of this year. Jay

O.K. I have next week off for vacation but, unfortunately it is also my daughters spring break so I cannot go to the road trip. I plan on fishing quite a bit next week but, Wednesday my brother in law and I were talking about an all day trip. If there is anybody who would like to meet up for a little get together at a lake like Mosquito, Milton,maybe even some place like Tappan or a large Erie harbor. Post up and we can maybe put a little get together on. Jay.

A friend of mine called me while I was on the way home from the dentist and ask if I wanted to go fish awhile. I didn't but, gave in. with only an hour our so to fish I figured it wasn't worth it but, went anyway. I have been out a couple of times and caught only a few 12 inchers. I am happy I went because I got my first good fish of the year I thought at first it would go about 3 but, was surprised it went 3 pounds 11 oz. I know it's not my best and will have bigger ones to post soon seeing how the bigguns are just starting to get active. Water temps are in the mid 40s Jay
