Free Black & Yellow Lab Puppies all found homes!
Pup's are gone! I'm just passing this on as a favor, contact info is at the bottom. Hi Everyone, Please pass this along to anyone who might consider giving one of these adorable puppies a home for free. These puppies are way to cute to be put into a shelter. If anyone is interested please let me know. If you know anyone who may be looking for a puppy, here are some beautiful little labs in need of homes for free! puppies are free. Here is the story: Look at these babies... They were dumped. On 128 My husband found these 5 lab pups in our neighborhood this morning on his way to work. Apparently, someone dumped them. We think they are 6 -8 weeks old. Attached are a few pictures. Really need to find a home we are leaving to go out of town on Saturday. Just let me know if anyone is interested. Get together MA/RI night torney.
Out of curriosity, would those of you who are not interested in fishing this get together mind letting me know the reason why? You don't have to post your answer in the thread if you don't want to, and could PM me instead. All PM's will remain anonymous. I'm just trying to get an idea why, in order to avoid the issues for future get togethers. Is it the body of water, Night T, prior commitments or another reason? Your honesty and participation is greatly appreciated!

Get together MA/RI night torney.
I'm a tourny permit getting virgin and because I'm starting a new cartopper only club, I want to do it by the book so to aviod any problems getting future permits. So, anyone who shows up to fish the T will need to sign a waiver that has to be sent into MA F.B.A. Thanks for understanding! Here's what I must abide by: Rules and Regulations 1.This request must be signed by a designated representative of the managing authority (state agency or town that manages the facility) before it can be approved by the F.B.A. (Office of Fishing and Boating Access). Requests submitted to the F.B.A. without the aforementioned designated signature will be returned to the applicant. Applications must be submitted to the F.B.A. at least 30 days prior to the event. 2.All parking is on a first-come basis. Parking is for vehicles with boat trailers or vehicles with cartop boats. This permit does not guarantee the availability of parking for this event. Each car/trailer above the maximum allowed under the permit shall be considered a separate violation of law. 3.Any user fees in effect at the facility under consideration for special use shall be paid by the applicant if required by the managing authority. 4.Maximum of two permits per year will be issued to any club for the use of any one facility. Two day events Saturday/Sunday shall be considered two permits. 5.Only official applications for the year in which the special use occurs will be accepted. Applications will be accepted and processed in October for the following year. 6.All participants in the event must be notified in an appropriate manner so that the Commonwealth shall not be held liable for personal injuries or damages to property and a copy of said notification is to be provided to the Office of Fishing and Boating Access. 7.The applicant shall leave an adequate number of parking spaces (as determined by the Office of Fishing and Boating Access) available to the general public. Launching of boats or parking at another location shall be counted as being part of the total allowed for the event. 8.Upon completion of said event the facility must be left in a clean and litter-free state. Any and all damage to said facility or grounds shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Office of Fishing and Boating Access. 9.The applicant shall keep a written record of all participants in the event. Said record shall be produced when asked for by any employee of the Commonwealth having police powers, a representative of the managing authority, or Office of Fishing and Boating Access. 10.The applicant may be required to hire an Environmental Police Officer (E.P.O.) for the duration of this event. If an E.P.O. is required under this permit it is the responsibility of the applicant to make those arrangements. Please contact the Environmental Police communications center at (800) 632-8075 to make said arrangement. Only if we exceed 25 boats, which is highly unlikely. 11.If an event is reduced in size as to no longer require an E.P.O., the applicant must notify the F.B.A. and the Environmental Police at least Fourteen (14) days prior to the event. 12.The applicant or an appointed representative shall display the permit in his/her vehicle windshield in a visible manner. 13.Any violation of the Rules and Regulations may result in denial of future permits

I see no need to panic. If your an intelligent, responsable boater you should be fine. I don't see you cruising @ 60mph, 10 yards away from the shoreline in the dead of night. I may have an opportunity to get there prior to the T to check things out, considering it's been over 20 years since I've been there. I will post any dangerous obstructions I find. I'm making no promises here, hence the underlined "may have the opportunity". Ultimately, you are solely responsable for your own actions. Which reminds me.........

There is just the one ramp in MA the RI ramp was removed long ago. Hmmmmmmm, that tells ya just how long it's been since I've been there.

Seeing that the permit came from MA we should use the ramp in Douglas MA to launch and wiegh-in. Permit will be for 10 boats and 10 vehicles. Paper work goes in the mail tomorrow

It is if you can throw a tube and drop-shot. And one other thing. :-X And daylight might be a better choice depending on the water level, that place is a mine field., I can see some trolling motor shafts being bent. If that's the case.............can I borrow your baot for this event? ;D I'm away, take it if you want. Very much appreciated my friend but I was just kidding!

No cookout, but plan on hitting an eatery for breakfast after the T. Not that tough of a place to fish as long as you have one of these!

I was just thowing Whitehall out there due to it's location. We may have some guys coming from NH,CT and as with Micheal Aberchromby (Masshole) who is already an hour and half away it would be atleast a three hour ride to Mashpee for them. If that distance is OK with the participants why not choose Long Pond in Brewster/Harwich( no parking fee at night)or Wequaquet in Barstable (Parking sucks but an outstanding fishery)as back ups, which are much more fisherman friendly(everyone fills the livewell) over Mashpee which can be as tough as nails sometimes. There is also Singletaty in Sutton or Webster lake. I know Mashpee fairly well ,as I know you do, but there is so much dead water, what about the guys who have never been there? I'm just trying to keep the travelers in mind here, being the thoughtful soul I am Wallum can be a tough fishery as well but it's location is appealing. Lets also try to keep on mind that Wallum is more then likely available. Here's the Schesduled events for Wallum: Nothing scheduled for August Wallum Lake Sunday, April 27, 2008 12 6:00 AM 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Celtic Bassmasters Wallum Lake Saturday, May 03, 2008 15 6:00 AM 6:30 AM 2:30 PM Pioneer Valley Bass Anglers Wallum Lake Sunday, May 04, 2008 10 6:30 AM 7:00 AM 2:30 PM New England Bass Hunters Wallum Lake Saturday, May 10, 2008 15 6:00 AM 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Freedom Bass Wallum Lake Saturday, May 17, 2008 14 5:30 AM 7:00 AM 3:00 PM American Bass Anglers Division 100 Rhode Island Wallum Lake Saturday, June 07, 2008 15 6:30 AM 7:30 AM 3:00 PM Bare Hill Anglers Wallum Lake Saturday, September 13, 2008 15 6:00 AM 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Worcester Bass Masters Wallum Lake Sunday, September 14, 2008 15 6:00 AM 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Worcester

What about some of the Nothern RI Ponds so it's closer to the Mass guys and gals? Not that it really matters because I don't see it being a problem for a night T at Wallum. I call RI Monday and see whats available and if it's Wallums not, I'll call MA and use Whitehall as a back up.
