How Do You Store Your Crankbaits, Depth Or Size?
I'm not sure what you mean. By size, I meant mass. You don't have to fish it to figure that out. I have three different rods I use for crankbaits, each for a different weight. By splitting them size, I have one box and one rod ready. Maybe you meant something else? If so, my mistake...

Daiwa Fuego Or New Spinning Reel Models?
I have three CI4. I have handled, and disassembled Stellas, Kent's Stellas in fact, LOL. I've used my buddy's Fuego as well. Externally, the Stellas are heavier, and smoother in operation. Yeah, they share some features, but most spinning reels are the same. The big thing is the worm drive oscillation. That was once a super high end feature. The main thing that someone shopping a CI4 or Fuego over other reels is probably considering weight. Both use proprietary light weight frame materials instead of aluminum. These leaves you with a tiny bit of flex as a compromise. Both fish comparatively, though the CI4 has a faster gear ratio, and greater IPT on similar models. For that reason, I the CI4 is my choice for a light weight deep, vertical application. For horizontal stuff, I like the barely slower Daiwa reels.

Gunfish
Here the thing, and you can apply this to many different baits. They aren't the same. It would be like comparing a DD22 with a CBD20. Yes, they are both deep diving crankbaits, but fish both of them enough, and you'll start to see the differences. Some of those differences can be used as an advantage once you know. One example would be the way they rise on a pause. The DD22 has a tendency to spiral a bit. The CBD20 backs up as it rises.

What Size Gas Motor For Tracker14?
Radio Shack sells them for around $20.

What Size Gas Motor For Tracker14?
Remember, you have a lot more capacity since you'll use the OB to get places. I think you'd be fine with two. If you are worried about the FF, think about this. I can run my HB 383ci combo unit on a little 7amp for 12 hours or more. That might be a better solution for you as well. I know I'd be looking to ditch some of that weight.

What Size Gas Motor For Tracker14?
Two 24v trolling motors. He can probably ditch the transom mount TM and two batts when he gets the OB. That would save a lot of weight, and improve performance.

Good Ultralight Casting Reel In Lh?
Daiwa Sol/Alphas would be the easy bet. If you've got a bigger budget, Pixy or PX68 would do even better.

What Size Gas Motor For Tracker14?
When I used rental tin cans like yours, I always saved a few bucks on the 8 hp. The 9.9 wouldn't do a whole day on one tank if you did some running, and the 8 was fine power wise for two guys. This a 14' semi-V, but you should be able to get up on plane in yours no problem.

Light Flouro Knot
Pull both, until the main line is snug. Then cinch the rest of the way pulling on the tag end. Otherwise, you mangle the main line above the hook, and the line will fail.

Largemouth. Current record is 14-8. This would be about an ounce bigger.

B.a.s.s. Bans The Alabama Rig
I think wacky rigged Senkos are unsporting. The incidence of deep/gut hooking is very high, they take zero skill to fish, they pollute the waters, and any left in the lake can kill fish if eaten.

G.loomis Imx Or St. Croix Avid?
I'm almost certain you'll end up with two. That rod and the MHF cover 90% of most bas fishing needs.

Non Lead Jigs; Dressed & Plain
The alloy used to make tungsten weighted baits is Tungsten Carbide and is non toxic. It's even used to make men's jewelry. Unless you have the machinery to grind it to dust, which is carcinogenic. Kind of like having the ability to actually burn lead for toxic fumes. No one at home can do this.

G.loomis Imx Or St. Croix Avid?
Locally, Avids are much easier to come by in person. The G.Loomis rack is often empty.

Opinions On These Reels
The Curado is the best reel in that bunch. The BPS comes with easy curtomer service. Okuma hasn't answered any of my calls to their service dept. I haven't heard anything good or bad about the Abu.
