I'd rather see a kid with a Snoopy pole, and a chucnk of hot dog catch a DD than a some fool with a Senko.

Is there a bigger product sleeper than Roland Martin???
If you have that channel with your cable subscription, then you can watch it on TV when its on, like any other TV show. Or you can click the links on that page. Its not really that complicated.

Decisions Decisions
When I hired employees, I looked at availability, personal appearance, communication skills, skill set, and intangibles, like whether I felt they'd be a good fit with the team. I wasn't always looking for a leader, and I wasn't always looking for a grunt. Yeah, if I needed to fill two weekend shifts, and you couldn't come in, you weren't getting the job. its seldom as cut and dry as that, though.

1st Club TX as non-boater questions....
I take 8-10, and use a Bac Rac for the two to four I settle on. http://www.bac-rac.com/ In two years, no boater has ever had a complaint. The key is to keep the back of the boat organized, and be able to jet in about 30 seconds at a moments notice.

A question for the Reel Mechanics...
LOL, broken reels after a season. I'm looking for too much wear on contact parts. The Pure Fishing kickplate is one bad design, though I believe they've resolved that. Worn out worm and pawls are another.

Tell them you limitations, and provide your availability. If they hire you, then so be it. That is the same at any job, at any age.

Now that's standing behind your product.
When you have huge margins, repair by replacement is an easy call.

What to expect when you get your first job.
Yep, I grew up working for my family. Coworkers can be a brutal. Once they figure it out, expect to be thrown under the bus a few times.

Name a fishing technique that you absolutely LOATHE!
Carolina rigs. I'd rather stick a fork in my eye than fish this. I'll do it if I must, but it usually means I'm lost.

What to expect when you get your first job.
You may have a point. However, here's the details you have to figure out: Federal tax rate brackets: http://www.fivecentnickel.com/2010/02/15/2011-federal-income-tax-brackets-irs-income-tax-rates/ State Tax Rates: http://www.taxfoundation.org/taxdata/show/228.html Add in the 10% penalty, and hope that he doesn't knock himself into the next tax bracket. Now, when companies say "100% matching" there is usually a limit, additionally, you don't normally become 100% vested for five years or more. Meaning, you can't just take free money every year. Make sure you know what you are getting into. Really, and this is the last time I beat this poor, dead horse. Open a savings account. When you hit $2K, plop it in a Certificate of Deposit, for a length of time that pays back, but allows you access when you start college. You WILL be bleeding money then, and want to be able to use what saved.

What to expect when you get your first job.
Forget about your retirement for now. Put as much $$ away toward college books, food, and the like. You'll be coming out of school with debt, and you don't want it to be credit card debt. No Roth IRA/401K/Pension whatever plan will help you with that.

Jerkbaits on float tubes?
