Last Thursday's upper body and core routine left me pretty much out of commission until yesterday. I'll be back at it tomorrow for a full body with focus on legs. Never skip leg day lol.

I don't know what I would do without Michelle's health. It's always me that gets sick, but NOTHING LIKE THIS. I don't think I've ever spoken to you in person but I feel like you're a brother. Much love, respect, and hope from my family to yours.

Not sure I follow the economics on that. It is a weird supply and demand paradigm. Typically, the price would go down as demand wanes. It isn't good business sense to increase price and lower supply to increase price. I'm thinking the price increases are simple inflation. Maybe I'm wrong. If it's short notice like less than three days, I just use "sick" as my reason. My boss fishes too. He knows what's up.

Not sure what a night crawler represents in terms of natural forage, but I put a hurting on just about every species of fish using them growing up. I wouldn't grease an AR bearing. Ever. A vapor thin coating of oil is all it takes. Go ahead and pack that crankshaft support bearing in the side plate and the bearing in the frame if you're going for that buttery feel, but no grease in the AR pack.
