  1. Is make sense 1/6 sense? LOL
  2. Fish accumulate contaminates over time. So the younger smaller fish will be the safest for consumption. They will also taste the best, less strong taste. You can further reduce your exposure by cutting out all belly meat & just eat the shoulders. Contaminates collect in the belly area.
  3. The mag bass rods are more of a moderate fast action. They are very versatile handling single hook baits as well as treble hook baits.
  4. The only boat requirements Canada requires are the safety equipment & requirements issued by the state your boat is registered in. Canada does require a closed loop connection (carabiners or snap hooks) on your trailer chains to tow vehicle rather than just a S hook configuration.
  5. 11-8 largemouth on a 3/4 oz SK red eye shad 7-6 smallmouth on a rapala tail dancer
  6. I look at the big picture. We all practice catch & release, conservation and are good stewards of our fisheries. With that in mind what difference does a dead bass make? If you want to have a skin mount go ahead. A replica actually will last longer, be more durable & will not bleed out oils like a skin mount does over time. The same thing applies to keeping fish for the dinner table. If you want to it’s your right to do so within the limits. The few fish we kill will not adversely affect the health of our sport.
  7. That's the same answer I got from them a few years back.
  8. Early on legend extreme did have full cork handles. The black composite handle is the most recent upgrade.
  9. Maybe try wrist sweat bands as a cheap alternative to a new rain suit top.
  10. I have had several extremes & the hard black handle has been comfortable to me & not slippery when wet. The extreme blanks have been very versatile in their offerings including several moderate action rods which the elites never offered.
  11. Deps Buzzjet Wakebait & Junior size Pricey but they both get the job done.
  12. Slightly bigger profile by 1/2" & maybe louder sound. Also sinks faster on the pause or when using a yoyo retrieve. Your mud trail idea could contribute as well.
  13. Captain Shane https://floridaevergladesbassfishingadventures.com/ Andrew Rodriguez drewsbaitshack@gmail.com-786 342 5791 Caught fishing with Drew
  14. Why would you want to spoil your line? ?

  18. Mike & Robert at Hawgtech carry reel bearings. Price & quality is good. https://www.hawgtech.com/spool-bearings
  19. Very sad news indeed. One of the few high school ball players who went straight to the NBA after graduation from high school.
  20. I had a 21” in my boat that went 7-1 & a 23” that only went 6-12. Almost all Great Lake smallies measuring 22” are over 6lbs with a few exceptions over 7lbs.
  21. My sincere condolences Tom.
  22. Congrats I know the feeling. The oncologist doesn’t want that port removed until he is sure you won’t be needing it. Now you just need to return to your new normal & live life to its fullest.
  23. My drive time is 39-43 hours or 2,306 miles from here to Lake Baccarac Mexico. I prefer to fly & use one of their boats. If I want something closer Lake O is an hour away.
  24. Happy Birthday youngster.
