  1. I'll take PA if no one minds. If anybody else wants it you can have it lol
  2. lol just make sure to mention it everytime he lands a fish, it'll be in there for sure then! ;D Good luck though! Hope you guys get some pigs!
  3. lol see i told you raystown wasnt that bad . I bet the 3.9 smallie brightened your day. did u find a school on a point?
  4. wacky rigged finesse worm with a dropsot hook. slays em I promise!
  5. I think I'm gonna start fishing closer to the launch ramp. boy am I glad the lakes up here are small lol
  6. My buddy fished there two weeks ago. he caught a 6 lb 3 oz largemouth on a jerkbait. In the tournament there were no limits caught. But that was back when we had that cold snap come out of nowhere. You should do ok if you're going up this weekend.
  7. Mattm - it's cool dude. And i never said that an order being wrong coming out of the drivethru is ok. It's still the employee's fault that happened. Don't get me wrong everyone screws up and its usually because some hotshot thinks he (or she) can remember 4-5 different orders and ring them all in at the same time. I see this alot, where i work and when I go somewhere else to eat. I don't think its right either, i take the time on the orders I give out to make sure I ring the order in right, that the customer got what they were charged for, and I also ask if they need anything else at the window.
  8. It could've very well been a hybrid....caught a couple the day before (small ones). BassnBret might try your technique....I had 12lb. line but I'll try your rig next time. i use gamma, but the flouro helps the bait get down and stay there too. Plus if you get hung up chances are you'll drag the boat to your snag before that line breaks. I just like the extra precaution my lucky crafts are my babies. the only scuff marks on them are the ones from fish... and snags lol
  9. The biggest trout i have seen caught were on strom swimbaits. But for me some staples are the white roostertail, some silver castmasters, and rapala originals. Can't beat those three baits
  10. Thank you Dan, I'm glad to see someone appreciates all the work we go through to get people their meals. Everyone working in fast food has to wash their hands if they walk into a different area, even if its five feet away, just to make sure your food comes out clean... the last thing you should worry about is how many sauce packets they give you
  11. That I can attest too. It really is great stuff, saves alot of fish in tournaments for me
  12. I don't know about you, but I think most of the guys on here and all the guys I fish against would see it as distasteful. It's different for a rider to drag a tube behind the boat and fall asleep... but straight out using that as a technique is dirty
  13. maybe, looking at it now I'd say probably. esp. if the water color is dingy
  14. I work at kfc and we have a specific amount we can give a customer unless they ask for more... If they got your order right I wouldn't call them morons either. You asked for sauce and they gave it to you. If you ask for lots of sauce I'm sure they woud have given that to you too. Please don't call us morons, we try our best to keep everyone happy
  15. Try throwing shiners in there. they grow fast and they'll populate quickly. Plus they're a forage base for both catfish and bass
  16. lol i know, I'm proud to say that I taught my one buddy everything he knows and he got 2nd place in the older division of the jr. pa state classic last year ;D
  17. I'm sure you will, theres always one day where the other guy gets lucky! I still hear about the day that he beat me by one fish lol
  18. Alpster - nice man! What band were you in? or was it just you? Thats really cool. I'm really good at air guitar 8-)
  19. I'm on the opposite end of that deal. I have 3 buddies I go with all the time and they always end up with less fish than me. It usually ends up being a 2-1 ratio I've noticed. Just to see if it's because I get to the fish first we switch spots in the boat everytime we go out and the ratio stays the same. We'll even use the exact same lures and setups. I think it has alot to do with where you cast to, retrieval speed, and luck. The latter being a big factor. p.s. - my one friend did beat me once about 3 yrs ago, so i can't say always. but it was only by one fish ;D
  20. I just caught a 7.2 largemouth wieghed on a handheld scale here in maryland. The state record is 11.18. Picture will be posted this weekend. It was taken on a cell phone and at college I dont get digital service to send it to the computer. The picture doesnt do it justice but my lookalike is my avatar 7.2/11.18= .644007*100 = 64.40 Caught it on a wacky rigged finesse worm ;D Watch out, theres a nine pounder I have my eyes on for tonight
  21. your spots are welcome too . lol
  22. how does an online tourny work? is is phishing instead of fishing? lol
