  1. Welcome!
  2. I'm almost postive its a 9.9 lake but don't quote me on that lol
  3. i guess the wacky rig would be a good choice for finicky bass and the clear water. I would have never guessed it was a good topwater lake though
  4. I think thats the roundest fish I have ever seen!
  5. lol yes it does. sponsors make stickers to put on your truck too
  6. Lol the answer to both of your questions is experience on the water. I'm glad to hear about your second bass, I'm sure there are plenty more lining up for you
  7. Fishindaddy is right, especially if its a guy in your local club. There will be plenty of other tournaments, if you slay the fish prefishing let him have the spot. There are plenty of other places to fish and generally the same pattern might work somewhere else on the lake, just look for a similar spot.
  8. lol where are you going to school at? because where I am the weathers ok, the fishing is just terrible
  9. A couple bites no hookups. I'm gonna try fishing more towards the dam next time the water I was stuck at was a little too shallow for my liking. I should be going back next week and I'll post more results then
  10. Yes! and it was quite hilarious!
  11. nice! i got alot of friends who are really good with computers but basically i know enough to do reports, have a facebook and a myspace, and talk on forums and such. I could never program a computer, i have trouble moving files and downloading things lol

    Welcome!
  14. i agree stealth is only necessary <5% of the time
  15. Thats it too, it really all depends on the forage base of a body of water. Thats why the fish in cali get so big, they feed them trout. I wish our state fed our fish trout, no i wish our fish were big enough to eat trout lol
  16. my 6 yr old little brother is the same way, he's gonna be on his second season though and he already said that hes just fishing for bass this year like his big brother lol. Wagn thats a great picture and a cute son too, your a lucky guy! ;D
  17. I'll have to bring down my big swimbait this weekend, but i'll let you know I'll probably be throwing jerkbaits and crankbaits for this time of year. My friends will be throwing tubes so we'll see if we can't catch a couple
  18. Pymatuning is open year round because of multi-state jurisdiction. There's alot of tournaments there till June. I didnt know that lol. I've never fished it, I've only heard about it. The HP rating keeps me off of it
  19. Last time i checked the water was really clear too. I still remember catching a 4 lber on a wacky worm there. I got the bait hung over a stick and i dangled it in the fishes face til it ate the worm lol. My buddy said he does pretty good on a dropshot there. he only lives like 15 minutes away in stoystown
  20. There are a few solutions such as feathering the spool, pitching the jig, or using a smaller wieght on your jig. Use whatever works best for you Hope this helps ;D
  21. I live in PA and in my home ponds I can catch fish from ice off to ice on. theres no real time frame either, 12:00 am to 11:59pm (You gotta let the fish have alteast a minute to themselves lol)
  22. lol i leave those puppies in the car, I've had too many complaints already
  23. Thats one statement that I can't disagree with
  24. GO PSU! Tell your team I said good luck! I'll wear my PSU sweater out fishing this weekend
