One of my buddies has a Tracker. It's a 99 or 00 with a 40 hp Mercury on it. I like it. It runs good, floats and I can fish off of it so it's a fine boat in my opinion. It gets the job done and then some.

That deal may save me some money in a years time. I buy the Xcalibur baits like they're going to be discontinued any day. Plus, the Bomber Balsa B's are great crankbaits and Booyah spinnerbaits and Pigskin jigs.....man, I think I just talked myself into it.

In my opinion, Clemens has gone way too far with trying to prove his innocence to ever come clean about it. He should've did the same thing Pettitte did. Admit it, apologize and move on.

Summer on Smith Mtn? Stay on the main lake or close to it and throw texas rigged worms, football jigs and deep cranks. Sounds like you're going to be a little challenged with boat positioning and such being on a houseboat. Good luck though. At least in a houseboat the waves wont kill you.

The absolute king of all shaky head rods is the GLX SHR822S. But thats just my opinion. You could fish senko's with it if you wanted to but throwing senkos around heavy brush texas-rigged, I'd much rather have something with a little more backbone than the SHR.

The 843 is no match for a true deep diving crankbait. Killer rod for mid-range cranks though. If I was in your situation, I'd opt for a longer rod in MH and like LCman said, get the longer handle.

Me too. Warner's a great QB. I'd take him on my team any day of the week. If he gets another ring he'll have one more than Favre. If Warner gets that other ring he should retire/unretire/retire/unretire for a few more seasons and bump up his popularity.

Yeah, I dont think steroids were actually BANNED when McGwire was juicin'....were they? They got banned after the fact if I remember right. I wonder if Jose Canseco is paranoid when he walks down the street? He should be. ;D Sure he does. Everyday when he leaves his home, he looks for stray flyballs. Well, it should be a great weekend of games in the NFL. I dont see a boring game in the group. So who you got? Cardinals vs. Saints I have to believe the Saints have another win in them after the season they had. Saints in a shootout. Ravens vs. Colts I think the Colts win this one but it wont be easy. Colts by 4. Cowboys vs. Vikings I'm an official Cowboy hater so I'll go ahead and curse them now. Cowboys by 6. Jets vs. Chargers As much as I hate to say it, I think we're seeing the eventual Super Bowl champion in this game. So, bye-bye Jets. Chargers by 10+.
