You will be very pleased with the trick sticks. I have used tiki sticks, senkos, bass pro. I have caught fish on all of them. I have not noticed enough difference from the senkos to justify paying more than twice the price.

Tomorrow should be interesting to say the least. I live < 10 miles from Mobile bay. As long as this storm maintains its projected path, we will be fine. I have plenty of food and gas for the generator. I think I'm going to sit outside with a cooler of frosty beverages and marvel in mother's nature's unrelenting power.

The Bass Pro nearby had their grand opening this week and I got to meet Jimmy Houston. He is a very nice man, he signed my fishing hat, and I got my picture taken with him. This was a very cool moment because I have been watching his show for as long as I can remember and because I kiss my fish because of him.
