  1. Not all plastics are the same. You will have to find the one that fits your fishing style the best. Typically the more action a bait gives the softer and less durable the bait will be.
  2. For you guys and gals that your lakes turn over, how do you attack and fish this situation?
  3. I really like that second to last one.
  4. Thanks guys, Senile, I agree they do pull through but these should be a little better in the weed. Cadman, The weedgaurds were cut for photo purposes only. The strands were a little off center causing the hook to be hidden
  5. Lol, It was Joe S. he took them for me and helping me with taking my own pictures alot. I've been getting into photography as of late. He will take pics of stuff for me then I will try to duplicate it with his help.
  6. Well, since one of my lakes started getting grassed up I decided to buy a bullet mold. I should probably buy stock in do-it molds. ;D here is one of my recent heads I poured.
  7. use a gel or an epoxy. Otherwise you run the risk of it shooting up the fibers and making a solid weedgaurd at the bottom.
  8. Hunting Scuba diving Lure Making Reloading Spearfishing I'm slowly getting into underwater photography
  9. I put one in my boat and wont own another boat without one. Its handy in big water, its alot easier to stand and weather the waves.
  10. Wow, your Mom takes great pics. Very nice.
  11. RW, NFL did that because they new only 6 people would watch it. I was one of them because I needed something to put me to sleep. ;D
  12. Its a doit bullet mold and a mustad ultra point
  13. Na, I've always just threaded the trailer on. Never used a keeper.
  14. I just made a few of these bullet jigs. How do they look?
  15. I agree with KMac
  16. if it was me I would modify this mold http://www.do-itmolds.com/prodmolds.aspx?c=196 Everything is perfect except the bottom swivel attachment. Put the blade a little farther back also. I just figured out a real easy way of doing this. 8-)
  17. Good to hear you picked up another client. Heck, if they cant handle that work sell yourself as a sub contractor to them then take them to the bank since they bid it high and cant fallow through.. ;D
  18. Someone lied to you. ;D To me a tube is fished when the fish are lethargic or holding close to cover. This could be in the winter, summer, cold front, or just hangin out bored. A tube can be fished any time any where. Its as versatile as a jig. Its one of my top 3 lures.
  19. I have a sneaky feeling that alot of other companies will follow this that have copied Loomis's warranty plan.
  20. 39 seconds longer then me. ;D
  21. http://www.dcbattery.com/faq.html#1 Its reserve capacity.
  22. IMO, I'd put a little in it to clean it up and save the rest. You can find reconditioned outboards with factory warranty for fractions of new. I found an Optimax 2005 225hp on ebay for 6800. Full Man. warranty. Do alot of research when you have the $ to upgrade.
  23. it could be alot of different things. Like above poster said check pressure first. If you have a bad cylinder the motor might be toast due to repair costs. Check all connections and fuses, battery falls in that group but you said its good. Then pull the plugs and see if your getting spark. If you are its a possible fuel delivery problem.
  24. I dont unless its a hair jig or thread jig.
