  1. Classic intermission production crew may have gotten into a batch of bad brownies . . . . . This is a little weird. Maybe it's better in the Toyota Splash well. A-Jay
  2. Two words for you ~ Dude Wipes. A-Jay
  3. Mercer's on the Can . . . A-Jay
  4. Classic rocking some Foghat ~ Slow Ride . . .old School stuff . . . . Of course they wrecked it by throwing in some Bee Gee's A-Jay

X2 ~ And you can even tie or wire the skirt on for an even more secure rig. A-Jay
  6. Now it's Go Time ~ A-Jay
  7. That's a good Idea - and I would also really enjoy that. But I think they want to save that footage for the edited TV production . . . Instead, how about a live mud wrestling match between Big Z and Old Tommy Boy ~ Right off I'd bet on the Z-Train but Sanders is a kind of wiry - he could break out a Thunder Punch and wipe out the Z . . . . 8. . . .but first - watch these dogs jump in this pool right here . . . A-Jay
  9. He was my pre-tournament favorite to win the thing ~ Maybe he's sand-bagging the basstrak A-Jay
  10. Coming up on 1 PM - live coverage about to come to an end - enjoyed it. It's still very close - anybody's game. The last hour or so you can really see the focus & concentration of the anglers, especially the guys at the or near the top of the leader board. All Business. Good Luck Dudes. A-Jay
  11. I think it's coming - still may be a little ways off - but I do think it's coming. The technology if there - the financial commitment doesn't seem to be. A-Jay
  12. Coming up on 12 noon on this the final day. Fish showed up early but the bite has slowed down considerably. Casey Ashley could be 1 big bite away from the title. Randy Howell is still in the mix but just lost what he feels was a "Good One". On a separate note - just wondering if the BASS officials will ever consider having this Superbowl of Bass Fishing during a time of the year when there is a better chance for reasonable fishing conditions ? The fish are not showing up and this is like watching a soccer game - no scoring. Before they had the live coverage - this type of event really didn't matter as long as they had fish to weight in. But now, if they want people to watch the live broadcast - better fishing conditions (ie warmer weather) might help. A-Jay
  13. It's a Winter Wonderland ~ Nice job Congrats A-Jay
  14. Looks like the plastic on the Manns bait may be softer - but I'm going to try to split a few flukes too Can't hurt and I seem to have a few laying around . . . A-Jay
  15. Use the 3 rigs. All the same reel, line and bait. For an experience night angler, this is easy and very doable. A-Jay
  16. Though I did not see that specific post, I am familiar with some of the photos from those early tournaments. All the fish just hanging there - and they all look so surprised . . . . . (dead). A-Jay
  17. LOL ~ Before they had scales, cameras & Bassmasters . . . . A-Jay
  18. I've still got a shot - but old Brett will have to sack a 20 lb bag to do it . . . . A-Jay
  19. I could not get close to most of the lakes I fish except by snow machine or dog sled. Access usually consists of a two-track that winds through the woods a good way . . . . A-Jay

LOL ~ I miss that darn cooler, I really do. A-Jay
  21. That's kind of funny. But for me, the magic of a Scrounger is that it excels on a low & slow retrieve. This new Manns bait when rigged on the stock jighead looks like you'll have to move it along at a pretty good clip to get the same wiggle / vibrating action. So though I obviously have fished the bait, it looks like it will do well hitching a ride on the back of the Scrounger. A-Jay

This one looks fairly multi functional ~ A-Jay
