Any respectable employer expects you to give and take a two week notice. If your current employed doesn't understand or want you around, that simply explains why you're moving on. If you new / prospective employer insists that you start right away, I have to be honest and say I'd be leery of their motives and ask why. I bet this new firm would hope you give one to them prior to your departure, why would they not expect you to take one now ? A-Jay

I use the Markers also - Big Fan. Color is semi-permanent. It fades a bit after say an hour or so. They come with a garlic scent but I'm only using them for the color and use Pro-cure for the scent. And in case you're wondering, you really have to work at it to "Spill" the marker . . . . . A-Jay

A man passed out on the beach in Miami for four hours, and got a horrible sunburn, specifically to the front of his legs above his knees. He went to the hospital, and was promptly admitted after being diagnosed with second-degree burns. With his skin already starting to blister, and the severe pain he was in, the doctor prescribed continuous intravenous feeding with saline, electrolytes, a sedative, and a little Blue pill every four hours. Try using a smaller (perhaps Slimmer) version of whatever soft plastic you have confidence in. Again use a color you're had success with in the recent past. The best tip I can give you for drop-shot fishing is this: Where and when ever you're using this technique - Think of the Plastic as Live Bait. You really don't have to do a lot with it as far as action is concerned. Just get it in the right place and the small bait combined with the lighter line will do the rest for you. Good Luck A-Jay

The Resurrection ~ I don't have any shots of the entire arsenal, but this is the gear (minus rods & reels) that made the trip to Lake Baccarac last March. The Private Air has a 40lb weight limit - that's everything tackle and clothes. I actually lost 10 ponds so I could bring more gear Most of this is going back in 12 Days; with a few minor additions and deletions. A-Jay

Catt, I like your style. Of course there is a price to pay for the Primal Hook set and it come where you're setting up on a non-fish induced "strike". When the presentation is made in close quarters, one must learn the Strike - Duck & Cover move - purely as a means of self defense from the tungsten weight's approach at the speed of light usually at ones face Additionally, fishing from a canoe (and standing) I had to learn to do that without launching myself over the side, especially on the swing and miss maneuver. "Mobile by choice" QB's (meaning other than scrambling to avoid a sack), Always seem to have a shorter life span than the old slow guys who camp out in the pocket. A-Jay
