Flipping is one technique where the angler has a decent shot at a big bass, even a PB. Once you lose "The One", you might change your tune. Making an attempt to eliminate that possibility works for me. That's a very broad statement. Could you expand on it ? Has this been something you've found to be true after years of training with and without certain supplements ? How have you personally been able to reach your physical potential ? My stance is that although not a replacement for proper nutrition, there are some supplements that are beneficial. A-Jay
