If its not broke don't fix it! Use only a drop of reel oil per bearing and the same for greasing the teeth of the gears to much oil and grease will down grade your reels preformance.JMHO

A freind of mine was using a Calcutta CT-50B this week end and man let me tell you that little thing was putting a lite lure out there. I think he said he payed $130 for it new.

Make sure you are buying stainless steel split rings I like Gamma Hooks JMO

Gamma round cut off old hooks install small split rings gives a nice action to spook JMHO

I don't know about a Glossa spook :-? but I like regular spooks alot I'm told they have been around for along time like 100 years or some thing like that since it was invented. I think it was made from a broom stick. Most likly have caught as many fish as worms. Nice action walking the dog for top water all so they float. JMO

I think this is a nice looking fish were are they native to and do they fight harder then regular Bass? Size how big is a average peacock get more or less?

I don't know about you but to put out 16 bucks for a sammy 85 when I can buy a spook for 5 bucks is hard for me to do. Are the Sammys that much better then the Zara's as far as action goes in the water or is it just curb appeal? :-/

Sure just respooled went into the back yard to cast a few on the first cast hooked the plug on the bird bath and instant mess. I guess dumb people have it easy. ;) :o Its all good!!!!!!
