HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

I came across a bait made by storm, called finesse minnow. I never thought to use it until I saw an ad for the banjo minnow. I started to use them and now I can't put them down!!! They are terriffic baits!! I have caught over 200 LMB on these alone this year!!!! I don't care what anyone has to say about storm lures they have my vote!!

I pay close attention to the action of the bait more then the color. But the time of year and water clarity helps me determine color.

Yea i know but I had to work this weekend, and 1 day notice is not enough to take off. But oh well you win some and you loose some. But hey at least I get 5 days next week that I will be able to be fishing!!!

Any type of trailer that moves water will work. But also have in the back of your mind the color of the bait during certain times of the year. Blue/black work well year round for me, I like to use black/red for fall and PB&J colors this time of year. But that is what works on my home body of water. It may not work for you. -Nitro

Yes I am talking about a larger frog. I like to use the frog made by ***, a ribbit frog or a rage tail frog. But I have always found it to work for me. I haven't fished any spro frogs so I do not know how they work.

Talk to rondef, he went out there once this summer and I'm sure he would be willing to help you out. But you really need to watch the water levels down there as they can get extremely hazardous. Rondef could tell you the safe water level. he is a hell of a guy. -Nitro

A livewell pump is not very expensive. And they are very easy to install!

I agree the rivet will leak... It only a question of when??? But I had a welded boat when I was younger and my dad told me that he had owned it since he was a boy. So I would prefer a welded jon boat if I ever went back to jon boats. 8-) Just my 2 cents
