  1. Greenpumpkin is also a all around color ( clear water & darker water). Many crawfish are green or some combo of green.

  4. Steve, I am going to use 17 lb. Fluorocarbon. I also have two rods for frogs, one for horny toads ect. and one for Bronzeye frogs ect. and I use braid on both of them. Do you fish any tornaments? I did fish the FLW last year and I made Zone this year.
  5. Thank's Steve for your input! Any more comments would help. I am not sure if I should take the rod back and get a MH or stay with the H action? I want to pitch and flip with the same rod.
  6. This is my new combo= Bass Pro 7'10" H action Extreme rod and A Shimano Citica C100DSV. Did I take the wright rod and reel or should I have gone to a MH rod and another reel? I have been going back and forth about this, what do you guys think?

  8. I ran across these jigs at Gander. They look like a very well made jig. And I liked there swimming jigs, so I will have to give them a try this year.Have any of you fished these jigs? And what is your input?
  9. OK guys, the Netbait swim baits, I did get in the mail the other day. The samples look great. The ones that I got are about 5 in. with a bigger paddle tail and a slit in the bottom of the bait for the hook. They should be on the Netbait web site soon.

  13. I would be fishing more jigs, big worms, senko's,tubes, that's what I would be doing!

  15. I did buy this spooling station. And it works great on my baitcast reels.I just started doing my spinning reels,but I want to know if I am doing it wright! I put my spinning reel on and I have the spool on the shaft with the label facing the reel, is this the wright way? I have done two reels and before I do any more I want to know if I am wright? :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/
  16. Have any of you fished lake El Salto in Mexico? What did you think of the resort,guide,meals,air temp,boat,tackle to use? I want to retire in about 3 years and I told my wife I want to do this trip before I retire.Any input would be great! Thanks Dan

  18. I use both of the Sufix Mono lines and they are great lines. They are the best mono lines that I have ever used!!!!!!!!!!
  19. I use backing on all my reels. BaitCasters and spinning. I have been doing this for many years. 8-) I have 18 rods in my boat so I save alot on line.

  23. I went on the Tackle Warehouse site and I can't find them! Are you sure you did see the SNAGPROOF BASS GRABBER JIG? Or I may be going blind. :'( :'( :'( :'(
  24. I did see this new jig on a TV show today. What a cool looking jig with two hooks! Your hook up's have to be much better. Where can I get some? Has anyone fished them? I did go on the Snagproof web site and I think you can order them there,but I would like to know if any online tackle sites have them? they are $8.75 on there web site! :'(
