Reel Magic is NOT the same as KVD line cond. Just my two sents I have used both and I would NEVER go back to Reel Magic. I would use Reel Magic to maybe lube my reels gears.

Just bought my first two bottles of KVD. First thing I noticed was the "Don't let freeze". They're both in my closet....waiting for a bit warmer weather. Question: What if you treated the line on your reels in your boat.....would that freeze up like the bottles do? :-? No it will not.

I will have to take a look at the PQ now. I have a blue RC BC reel and I like it alot. I was thinking of buying the purple one but I will give the PQ a look first!

I also did see this in the BPS flyer.On sale as a Introductory Special $ 79.94. Anyone know anything on this reel?

The BPS Cabin Fever Sale flyer came today. And in it, it has the RCX purple reel on sale for $79.94. Is this the same reel as the RCX blue BC reel? And I think it may be a close out sale too.

If I were to buy the HB 788 that has no SI. Could I at a later date buy the SI as a add on to this unit or would I have to just buy a SI unit?

What was the biggest bass you have caught on the drop shot rig? And how deep was she? Or does the drop shot catch more mid size bass?

Have any of you fished this? A friend of mine told me it is killer way to fish the drop shot.I have fished a double fluke rig before buy not this. Just looking for info or feed back?

You don't want to fish Fluro.with a topwater bait because Fluoro sinks and will hurt the action of your topwater bait!

Thanks guys, The lakes that I fish are are not that big any where from 500 to 1800 acres. But I will be moving down to Table Rock Lake in Mo. in about a year. So Wayne are you saying I don't need a chartplotter and to get a less $$ GPS sonar/plotter? I am more intrusted in my tracking path of my boat and setting waypoints?

I will be in the market to up grade my fishfinder. And I need some help with all this new up grades. I guide at night and am looking for a good setup. I have been on the lake at night a few times when the fog came in and I had a hard time getting back. So I need some thing that can track my path and put my hot spots in. I am not sure what a chartplotter is? I have about $ 500 to $ 600 to spend. And I want a brand that is easy to use. And what brand do you think would be a good one? Thanks for any help!
