  1. I use Gamma and found it to be a great line! I use 6 to 8 lb. on spinning and 12 to 17 on baitcasters!
  2. Thanks for making us feel better ;D! I live in SE Wisconsin and I am in the same fix!
  3. I love the Goby Sled for all other baits but it seems that the Strike King Goby, when rigged on the on the Goby sled that the gap on the hook is not too good do to the Goby's big head and body! I did try a jig that Northland Tackle has and it worked ok, you can get them with or without rattles.
  4. Like RW said, I will give the Inviz and AbrazX a try! But they are a bit more $$$! I used Gamma alot and loved this line! I went to my Gander store to load up on the Gamma and there was NONE, the sales guy told me they sent it all back! You would think they would have put the Gamma in the bargin bins just to brake evan. No more Gamma
  5. You should pick up some of the Netbait Paca and Baby Paca's ! A buzzbait. Some Buckeye Flick-It jigs, Also!
  6. I was told by someone that crawfish molt two times a summer! And I was told that red is a hot color to use when they molt ?
  7. Gamma hands down!! But buy as much as you can, because they are not going to make anymore Gamma line! :'( :'( :-/
  8. That is good to hear! Is the Red Label a new line?
  9. Thanks RW, I will try Gander to pick up some of the Inviz!
  10. I did buy the Seaguar Red Label because BPS was out of the other two! So does anyone know anything about the Seaguar Red Label?
  11. Thanks RW, I will take a good look at that line. And the XPS is not a cheap line $$ so that Seaguar is not too much more of a cost! How long have you been fishing the Seaguar? Rw, I did load up on the Yo-Zuri. But BPS was out of the Seaguar Inviz but only had 12 so I bought that for my BC. And the Seaguar AbrazX they only had 6 lb. so I bought the Seaguar Red Label. in 8 lb. Do you know anything about the line? I did but it for my spinning. Thanks
  12. I know one is a color and one is not! What I would like to know is which one is the better fish finder?
  13. Has anyone fished this bait? I did order some but I have hard water! They look like the road runner.
  14. Thanks RW, I will take a good look at that line. And the XPS is not a cheap line $$ so that Seaguar is not too much more of a cost! How long have you been fishing the Seaguar?
  15. RW, Do you fish any Flou. line? If so what do you like? The reason I ask is I was in a tournament last year and I lost a good 5 lb'er next to the boat because my line broke and that cost me 1 st. place and big fish! I was fishing the XPS Flou. line and I have other people say that this line will just brake on you at times. So I thought I would just see what you fish and like.
  16. WELCOME! you will like this site! you can find all the help you need wright here! This is the very best fishing site hands down!
  17. Thanks, RW. I will have to try both of them. Now that the Gamma will not be around anymore! I am looking for a good replacement and this could be it.
  18. I took the bag of Strike King Goby's that I have and I was tinkering with them after your input. And they do have a spot for a tube head jig and it works pretty good. But with that fat head I don't see how it could be hooked on a c-rig or a drop shot? :'( :-/ :-? :D What brand of goby baits do you fish?
  19. I want to start to fish some goby baits this year. I did buy a pack of the Strike King Goby baits. They are very thick at the head. So my question is how do you guys fish them? What kind of heads? ect.
  20. You can't go wrong with Sufix or Power Pro!!
  21. Has anyone fished the hallow paddle tail swimbaits as a double fluke rig? The flukes have a darting action and I would think the hallow baits would just have some tail action and not the darting action? :-?
  22. I will second them hooks!
  23. I would think that the double fluke would be great on bass bedding? Does it matter what size of barrel you use? :-?
