  1. Don't know about Guam, but good luck over there. You got any summer left in the states or are you having to leave pretty soon?
  2. Congratulations Mike, that's a pretty big smile there! 8-)

Welcome to you and your little fishin' buddy Jay! 8-)

  5. Welcome to a great place to be Joe! 8-)
  6. Welcome to the forums baitslinger, glad to see our Wisconsin population growing here on Bass Resource! 8-)
  7. Yeah, I get what your saying Scott. I have no problem with long standing cribs or brush piles, I was making reference to the short term ones. 8-)
  8. I don't tournament fish so maybe I am not qualified to respond, but here is my take. For leisure fishing I think pretty much anything can go short of breaking rules and regs, but for tourney fishing wouldn't this be considered unfair advantage? Even if there aren't rules against it, doesn't giving oneself this type of prospective edge take away from the idea of being the better fishermen? In the end does that matter or is it strictly about the weigh-ins? IDK :-/
  9. FWIW, I agree with Chris. I believe the line manageability is easier with the 2500. Good luck 8-)
  10. Even with the same brands, after one washing I will have two of the same kind (pants or shirts) fitting differently; or should I say not fitting. Shirt tails.....I usually by tall T's and polo's because the shirt tails always shrink up. One washing and I feel like I'm wearing one of them cut off shirts that were popular back in the early and mid-eighties. I hate shrinkage!
  11. Keeping the tools of the trade at school, gotta love it. Nice catch Dave. 8-) Cool teacher too!
  12. Nice catch, no chance you caught that on a good used Revo is there?
  13. The Last Rodeo. Who else watched this Sunday night? There was a thread running awhile back about favorite country artists and I pretty much dismissed current country artists vs the 60's and 70's artists; boy was I wrong. Strait, Chesney, Reba, and most of the rest were outstanding. I could have done without Hudson and and Taylor Swift's head banging, but man...hubba hubba!
  14. Nice catch J........what's a googly?
  15. Man, you are definitely fishin' it up this spring Vinny! What da go 8-)
  16. I do mine, I think it's a habit carried over from burning the ends on small diameter rope and shoe strings that need it.
  17. Congrats, and good luck with the new job! I was down there for the tail end of graduation on Saturday, can't imagine what Point was like Saturday nite.
  18. I think his blood is Cubbie blue. Can't talk sense into some people. When you coming down? Still good for Madison? Might have to be fall for me. Wife is having surgery in July. I have the same problem with my mom's husband, only his blood is Brew Crew Blue. They lose, he shakes his head and then he does it all over again the next day. ;D I sent some info to Koop and waitin' to hear back. BTW, either Kelley comes up or we go down.......I'll pm ya later.
  19. Wayda fish it up good! I'm glad to hear pops was able to make it out, too bad the Cubbies threw your dad off though. Have you really sat him down and talked with him about this? ;D
  20. Quite the camo pattern you have going there Mike, glad you and the wife came out healthy. Looks like a few widow makers hanging in the trees. Were you two home for this?
  21. Conrats to you and your bud on the big bass and the win, wayda hammer 'em! 8-) That dude on the end in the Hooters shirt looks like he's holdin' a pretty sizey hawg too.
  22. That's because the older Revo's are still in good use. 8-)
  23. Paul........that boy just flat out knows how to tease the big ones out! 8-) While I have met him, I haven't fished with him. A great guy to hang with though.
  24. Which is exactly why many other states require a trout stamp to even fish trout waters at all. A_A, I'm sure you weren't targeting trout, but what Dan said. Unless I am wrong, Wisconsin is one of these states. There is only one lake that I fish which holds trout and because of this I just buy a trout stamp with my license so I can fish and not worry.
  25. With the conditions described, nice job getting that thing in the canoe. Looks like that hard effort was well worth it. 8-)
