You're Invited to the 5th Annual BassResource.com Roadtrip!!!
For the record, I'll be bringing down plenty of cheese for the road trip. Anyone interested should pm me. Greg, Deb shouldn't need a gas mask if we keep the doors shut and the windows sealed. I can, however, bring her a SCBA unit w/extra bottles if that would make her feel more secure. Kelley and Ken, check your pm's

How do you feel MN?
The CARS Act requires that the trade-in vehicle be crushed or shredded so that it will not be resold for use in the United States or elsewhere. The entity crushing or shredding the vehicles in this manner will be allowed to sell some parts of the vehicle prior to crushing or shredding it, but these parts cannot include the engine or the drive train. Brett may have pushed this to far!

Buying an item and then asking for reviews
Research and a lot of google paid off on the last 2 cars I bought. By the time I bought them I knew what I was getting and had no suprises. Same with tackle and gear.

Checked Out The St Croix Mojo & LTB Rods Today &....
Just to clarify, I was quoting shawnmc's post for the particulars of his first sentence, "Made in Mexico by Mexicans, made in USA by Mexicans". I don't know that Parkfalls has many Mexicans working in their facility up there and I don't know that it matters, I was just wondering aloud at that statement. Is it a fact or a guess? As to the Mojo's themselves, we can't keep beating this to death. It's been decided that it's a colorful $100 premier, either you don't like it or you do. BTW, I like them.

Close Call Today
Mikes not rude, he's just Mike. If and when you ever meet him, you'll understand, he's the most lovable man I have ever met. Heck, your apt to even get a hug out of him. I've seen it, it's not pretty, but I've seen it. During this last years roadtrip he was even correcting my sentences before I said anything. Now I is spell gooder. ;D

Boyd Duckett Dumps E21
X2 I think that their 1st generaton rods may have had bugs to work out. Same thing in the firearms industry, an example would be Ruger when they intro'd the P85 back in the 80's a few of their subsequent 1st run Models had issues that took Ruger 2 or 3 years to work through. S&W also had the same type of issues when they dove deeper into the semi-auto side arms. My guess is that E21 had their issues worked out and to that point, decided to get cheap. Now if this is the case, why wouldn't someone who tagged their name to the product want to walk away? And why wouldn't he give his reasons? He walks, his name would still be associated with the product. Geez, heaven help us if anyone comes out with another rod that isn't black or brown. And for the record, I still haven't had anyone tell me how the "cheap" guides have failed them. If E21 ever comes out with a multi-tool, I know who I am buying one for! Ahem

Boyd Duckett Dumps E21
I have had nothing but great preformance from mine. I wonder if the components in the blank break down after a period, either from age or maybe uv rays? Either way I would say that Duckett is being straight up. Sounds like the man has morals and is willing to stick by them.

Musky Bite???
Gernerally speaking, musky do not have very good eye sight; despite the fact that they will feed by sight. A lot of the time it will be disturbances that will attract them. Schooling fish, ducks paddling their feet, people thrashing their feet off the end of docks. I have read about several instances where musky have latched on to someone's calf or foot.

Dead beat partner!!!!!!!!
Sorry man, but I was LMAO(and shaking my head)through the whole story. I agree with the B man, and I think you should still say something. It will possibly set him straight, and if he wants to whine to others, well obviously they know him so that won't get him far. Maybe he will realize. Better luck next time. 8-)

where can i get shipping tubes???
X2 on the PVC w/end caps and as said, ship priority. Usually $10-12, but if they want you to ship their regular parcel post it will be $20-25. Sounds weird, but that's how USPS is.

Looking for some fishing friends in WI
There is one or two members that are in the Madison area, but you might want to check with CWB, his cabin lake is around the state line where I-94 goes into IL. I am from just east of Wausau but unfortunately not able to get out much this year. I'll give Ken (CWB) a shout and tell him to look you up. He's a great guy and has some awesome LMB fishing where he is. You should be able to make his cabin in about 1 1/2-2 hrs. For some of the pics he has posted, it would be worth the trip.
