I am no stranger to fishing, but I definately consider my self a newbie to bassfishing. Not sure when my start date was, but it was somewhere around the same time as NitroMan, and cannot believe the wealth of information that has been made available to us, free for the asking. It says alot about the character and acceptance of the more experienced here at BR. I'll be 42 shortly and have found sound advice from much younger and older members who were willing to share. Glenn, the mods, micro,cart7t,RM,Sam, PaulRoberts, and many others too numerous to mention. All done with a willingness to share. As with anything else, knowing the mechanics is not enough. Tips, tricks, presentations, water, conditions, cause and effect are just some of the essentials that I've been able to learn here. Good thread NitroMan. A salute to BR!

Heh!

No Brett hater here. He gave the Packers a few years of exciting football. Sometimes awesome victories, and sometimes miserable loses. But always exciting one way or the other. He earned his seat in Packer and NFL history. I'm sure his decision to retire was as gut wrenching as it comes, but once it was made, maybe he should have just sucked it up and dealt with it. This is just an opinion, but I think he gave the Jets a good year, but in the end they got what we sometimes got. A crap shoot. I don't think his career is coming to a close the way he would like it, but I wish the man the best of luck.

click start, go to control panel and open. Click add/remove programs and open. Scroll thru list of programs, and when you get to internet explorer it should show you which version you are running.

BlackBass, I bought that one last spring. So far I like it......I think. They have a new series out that have the paddle handle instead of the round handle, and the padded handle can be purchased separately. It only fits the 3000.
