Today was by far the best day of the year for me. I went out with my dad and grandpa to a local lake. The first 3 hours of the day it did nothing but rain , but to make it all worth while the fish were going crazy. In those 3 hours that it rained we boated over 40 combined fish. All of my fish came on a red eye shad in 6 fow barely ticking the tops of weeds. It was my first time out with the red eye and needless to say I am very impressed. I also caught a few walleyes that I am going to have for dinner tomorrow night. After the rain stopped the fished slowed down a lot only getting a couple fish per hour. all in all it turned out to be the best day on the water this year.

I bought one a little while ago, and it's a good rod for the price.

They are for sure worth the extra money. I usually don't mess with any other brand unless I am fishing in a place that I know I will lose a crank or two.

Here is a basic description of this river: Shallow, 6 inches visibility, trees everywhere, rocks, and some weeds in a couple places. Just kinda scoped it out today, didn't go far, was getting a feel for my new jon boat more than anything. What would you guys throw at them?

If you consider that song heavy in any way, you need to listen to their old stuff. This album is going to be like all their post black album softy watered down commercialized crap.

I would love to, but I can't legally guide in Indiana until I am 18. Plus, the water temps get too high in the summer so, he goes to Minnesota. I plan on going to college in Minnesota, so I would help him out then in the summer if he needed it.

I fish in a few tournaments a year...mostly muskie tournaments though.

Looks like syncork to me. : I think it was a poke instead of a serious statement. So was mine. K with the roll eyes it makes it difficult to tell Not a problem Chad. Just don't take most of what I say serious. I am a very laid back guy.
