is shimano participating in the reel trade in this year?

I was down there 2 weekends ago fishing off the dam trying out new rod/reel and caught couple pike. The small crappie are schooling and occasionally you could see pike or bass busting them. I was throwing small swimbait. The lake was fairly clear for Powhatan. I have yet to put a boat in and do any serious fishing yet! I would say give it a shot and let us know how you do!

I hear the silver coated lenses allow more light then the green. Both are copper based.

Ive done some bulk buying on eBay senkos , and beaver style baits. They seem to catch just as much as name brand stuff. They may have a lil diff sink rate or be tougher or softer then some plastics just depends but over all im pleased with buying in bulk on ebay. Most of time you can see if they are any good just by looking at the sellers feedback also. See what others say about their baits...

if you pay their $60 replacement fee & original sales receipt ,they will replace no questions asked...I think if they determine its a faulty rod the replace it free +$20 return shipping.

check ebay...I've seen new ones go for $20-60 below stock price if you look around. I just ordered 2 from TW and 1 off ebay bc it was $30 cheaper then TW.

i also just got the 64wlp, i have not been able to take it out on the water yet but just messing around with it can tell its a smooooth reel!
