starting battery
Been there @hoosiergramps more times than I’d like. Nothing like being on fish with a live well full of ‘em, go to start the big motor to head on in and crickets.... Pulling a trolling motor battery to connect to start the big motor is a temporary solution for the immediate problem. I went with the best AGM battery available AND a Perko switch to cover my bases. Good luck and good fishing, JB

(POLL) Do you catch and release or keep fish?
@EGbassing, I went with “B” as my answer. C&R for bass for me, and I have no problem with anyone who chooses to eat their catch. Now salmon, steelhead, trout not to mention an ahi tuna steak and halibut make it on my plate. And fish tacos are screamin’....

Latest Catch Pics Thread
My last couple of trips out fishing were more of a sea lion watching expedition than anything else. Watching the pinnipeds searching out and feeding on prespawn bass throughout the delta is rather disheartening. So with that said, I felt very fortunate to get this 4.7lber to eat a 7” senko.
