  1. Sounds like the slot in next years draft the Niners are trying to play out the season for at this point. But it’s a long season and I’ll just have to wait and see what happens. Go Niners!
  2. You and the Mrs get well soon @Catt, and you both can enjoy your Thanksgiving with family.
  3. I believe EBMUD made the announcement because Camanche is just one part of the network of reservoirs, rivers, and aquifers that provide drinking water to the San Francisco Bay Area. I think it’s just a matter of time before Hetch Hetchy and the State and Federal water projects follow suit. As @looking45 mentioned above as I type this Berryessa has already done something similar. To answer your first question @Tim Kelly, EBMUD is trying to be proactive and doesn’t want boats and kayaks that have been recently used in the delta transporting clams/larvae to the foothill lakes. The golden mussels are similar to zebra or quagga mussels in the problems they pose to municipal water systems.

  9. Happy Birthday Pops, as well as my uncles and all Marines here at home and overseas! Here’s my Dad’s almost 70 year old campaign hat and swagger stick from back in the day.
  10. Regarding @TnRiver46’s above statement, it will continue to ring true now and until the champs aren’t the champs.
  11. Hello @Den60 from up in Northern California, welcome to Bass Resource and the Forums!
  12. Thanks Scott @softwateronly, I was definitely having vision problems waiting for that second cup of coffee to kick in and that’s why I posted the HBO* regarding the sale. * Help a Brother Out And now ALF is in the mix offering Orochi’s at $100.00 off. Use code OROCHI.
  13. @LootyDjibouti, this is the link to what I was referring. So thanks, I did read it wrong and I’m glad my credit card stayed in my pocket. For now https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/catpage-LPDSMBOX.html
  14. Update on the price drop on these if I read it correctly, $99.00 for the Orochi’s…. just a crazy price if confirmed 👍
  15. Rest in peace @Russ E, you will be missed here at Bass Resource but not by the fish on your home waters.
  16. It’s just nice to get out on the water for a few hours with air temperatures in the mid 80’s and water in the 65° to 67° range there’s nothing like Fall fishing weather. I was able to punch a 3lber out of a recently sprayed and dying mat. And for some reason I threw my Ned rod in the boat (truth- @Team9nineand @Bluebasser86 recent posts of success with it) which some pound and a half bass really seemed to want to eat.

  18. Hello @Mr. Stogie from Northern California, welcome to Bass Resource and the Forums! Congratulations on your recent retirement and good luck on your new boat search.
  19. @BOQFishing, just fill out the service request @A-Jay provided above and regarding shipping a PVC tube is cheap, easy to find and works well. In my opinion, Daiwa’s customer service is exceptional when I had a similar experience involving a broken Zillion rod that was out of warranty. And here’s Daiwa’s number if you want to check with them 1-(562)-375-6800.
  20. Lure Jensen Speed Traps as well.
  21. Wee Wart, Rebel Wee Crawfish immediately came to mind as far as crank baits, not sure of a Panther Martin 15 for bass.
  22. Hello @Cooper Wilcox from Northern California, welcome to Bass Resource and the Forums! That was a great, well written introduction and there isn’t a better time to young angler given the vast amount of information available, especially here, in pursuing bass. Respect and enjoy your bass fishing journey, because a lot of great fishing experiences are ahead of you. Good luck and good fishing!
  23. Agreed @airshot and that’s the problem. All I was trying to point out was two dual purpose batteries to run what I understood as two graphs on the bow (helm graph on “sleep” mode) and trolling motor on a 20ft boat is under powered battery. And after spending over a grand at BPS most of us would probably drop in a group 31 AGM on the big motor/electronics side and still have two batteries for the trolling motor. After all with the fall bite turning on, got to get @GoneFishingLTN back on the water.
