  1. Excellent. Guys, I'm not asking you to go spend $3 a gallon on fuel and drive around collecting these but when you stop in your local shop this weekend, please ask if they have any stickers. Logo's, bumper stickers, shop stickers, anything you can get. Thanks again
  2. Catt, I suggest you get that coffee that you are obviously missing this fine morning, lol. Surely you jest.
  3. SQUIRREL FIGHT!!!!! ;D : So who won? (no, not the race,....the fight!)
  4. Al, do you have a mailing address yet in case members want to send you something? Thanks for checking in, keep your head low and let all your brothers there know that we at BR are behind you 100% Hoo-Ah
  5. With this said, I would guess 4.5-5 right now as she is all spawned out. I bet that fish could go 6-7.5 with egg though. Great catch!!
  6. Who doesn't love Bubba? ;D
  7. I'll team up with you for the first voyage, I'll bring my boat "just in case" Not alot to do to those, being plastic and all. Great for going solo though,...you're a free man!! Now that we've got a ghetto float, we can have a low budget boat boat parade I'll bring the bombs and rockets. (You've officially been warned, arm yourself. Dirks boat carries live rounds also) Good Luck with her.
  8. So that WAS you out there, lol. I was wondering who else was out in the slop, I thought you guys were going to Sand Dam so I didn't bother getting close enough to see who the other boat was. Where did you hit the big one? (I'm guessing the flat) Rick, still hate the place?

  10. Excellent!! Welcome to the forum!
  11. It's only gonna get worse from here!! welcome aboard.
  12. Fish, have you ever weighed a good fish on both scales? If so, was there a difference? How often if ever does your 50 lb go out of balance and by how much? (if you know)
  13. LBH... Do you believe this true for pan fish etc. I believe the professionals, I'm certainly not one of them. If they say no need for a limit on Crappie, there's probably a good reason. I will back the creels of any state agency
  14. No worries Ceph, the personalities you speak of never stick around long.
  15. 1. Most fish in the market come from a farm. Places designed to produce a regulated, controlled and monitored amount of food. 2. Taking 1 fish is not as big a deal. We are talking about 25 fish from 1 farm pond. As for eating this fish, sure, with a license, you are allowed to keep whatever your state creel is. And yes, it is true that many ponds/lakes can benefit from a selective harvest, such as stunted lakes. These fish are not stolen (any amount of fish taken that is above and beyond your state creel) for a party, they are brought to ponds and lakes that need more of that size fish. That's why this type of transplanting is done by the professionals that work for your state office.
  16. Taking 30 fish in one shot, regardless of the specie, from any lake, is unethical. It doesn't take a law book to figure that one out.
  17. I deleted the link. These aren't the kinds of examples we want to promote.
  18. This morning on the Daily Buzz, they were saying she was making 100k/day in jail, writing a diary. Hope she had a cell mate to help her with the BIG words ;D
  19. First off, 25 fish totalling 30 lbs leads me to believe that many of the illegally taken bass were probably UMDERSIZED as well. (yes, there are also SIZE limits) You need to realize that you posted this on a bass fishing site where the majority of the members cringe at the thought of killing 1 bass, let alone 25 in 1 shot!!!!!!! It's just a sad day all around. UGH Hope your party was a hit. :-/
  20. Clear- watermelon, black or brown. NO RATTLE I
