For what it's worth, when I went up to visit Redtail in Mass., his lake has a pumphouse and a pipe that runs from it directly out to the deepest part of the lake. The minute I noticed this, I asked Bill to stop the boat and explained how that pipe is probably a huge fish corridor. They can hide on either side of it as they make their way from deep to shallow to deep again. This theory was VERY correct! Maybe next year, when those pipes are more of an established piece of their world, they will prove to be a gift from the gods, ESPECIALLY with all that oxy coming out. Sounds like the lake is just in a huge transition from the upgrades but I would bet it's just growing pains, hang tough, a dream could be in the making Plus, hopefully other anglers are getting "turned off" to the place this year.

Ok guys, Nathan should be coming on today. Let's all give him a warm BR welcome!!! A little backround on Nate. We are UPS drivers together in the same center. We often bail each other out when we are on the road and it's often our job (as cover drivers) to make sure everyone ends up with balanced work at the end of the day. If one guy is too light or heavy, we adjust him. Last year, Nathan became a full time driver. I hadn't known him all that well when he worked inside. When he became a driver, we became friends and I had found another person to take to the lake who's company I enjoy. Last year, Nate fished the whole season without getting his fish over 3 lbs. My lake makes you earn seniority just like the teamsters evidently. This is why there is a pic of him holding a 2.14, it was his big fish for last year. Well, this year, in the rain, Nathan finally got his 5 lbr! MORE TO COME!!!! A warm welcome for my friend and new member NATHAN_JAMES!!! Welcome aboard dude!

Dunno about his eyes. Why is that huge snap-lok on there? Tie directly to the jig head. Those snap locks are made for leaders . It's just alot of bulky terminal tackle that will interfere with the action of the jig head and also pick up weed. Just not neccessary.
