  1. Let's reel this topic in folks. I also stay in touch with a few of the college buds. The main one I used to fish with just sent me a pic of his new house......in Kuai!! Wonder how the marlin bite is right about now? Nice catchin', good times!
  2. Great post Kevin but I'd rather have you come show us in person!!! Can't you just make a wrong turn over Canada and land at Ft Worth? Blame it on the electronics?
  3. Yup, but no biggee. herpicin-L will have it gone in about 3 days. It's an over the counter chap stick looking tube but runs about $7. Stuff is amazing,
  4. I'll state the obvious. Do not tube in gator water or water with population of large snappers.
  5. I can't even gro a shadow. Literally. You guys thought I was exageratting, I have maybe 20-40 actual hairs on my face. I shave the corners of my top lip and my chin. That's it, and even then, it's maybe 2-3 times a week. So go ahead, throw in all the jabs,.....let's hear them,....I'll be sure to read them when I wake up but that will be 10 minutes later than everone else who has to shave. PS- I have 1 (one) hair that grows dead center on my chest. I don't know what he's thinkin', but then again.....................grass don't grow on a playground
  6. Sounds like some good times Cade. I noticed you didn't mention your ESPN cameo.?. Careful on that ice and never go alone! Good luck!
  7. Are they giving you an n-sync? The new nanotube technology?? If so, a review would be greatly appreciated.
  8. As with just about all baits, the topwater bite can come from all of the above. Hungry mad territorial Reaction (fight or flight) Easy food
  9. Speak up. If he truly earns the label of "friend", it shouldn't be a problem.
  10. Art pasley sent me a bunch of stills from this years eastern region events. I added some stuff from my event, including the news clip at the beginning from ABC and put together a video that hopefully, hosts can use as another tool when fund raising or just trying to heighten awareness. My computer seems to have a virus or bug, Movie maker kept locking every 3 minute, driving me nuts so nothing too fancy here. I barely got it together. Time for the royal hard drive flush, lol Anyway, as always, You guys are the first public viewers of anything I seem to do in regards to fishing so here's my latest. CAST VIDEO

  14. Because they see them as the blk/ grey, just like much of their food. We see a black and blue jig, he sees a dark object shaped like a crayfish.
  15. And stop experimenting with illegal narcotics. You are too young for that crap! Geez,...kids these days.....
  16. Seems simple. sunrise in a tree, mid afternoon in the boat, back in the tree for dusk. Life doesn't need to be so complicated, lol
  17. Safe travels Muddy. Check in with the laptop when you get a second. Remember, just be yourself and all will go well. Good luck and learn lots!

  19. volcanic vent? Dino foot print? Spring vent?
  20. found it. Do they only come in green?
  21. "Fishing on the edge" by Ike is a good read concerning the behind the scenes view of tourny angling and the whole upcoming career of being an angler for a living. Not so much a teaching book like the others but a different perspective on an aspect of angling that is foreign, yet interesting, to many.
  22. That's all you Nick,...you've worked hard for it. Represent well young man, we are all quite proud of our young gun from the pacific north. Congrats to you and your parents. They are certainly doing somthing right, and you are a representation of their hard work. Keep it up, you're a train that has gotten momentum,.....no stopping you now.
