  1. Bobby - thanks for not only for your offer here, but for taking the time to answer questions and for providing great customer service. We have some kick butt sponsors here, now don't we?!
  2. Click the "search" tab (upper left). That will give much more robust results.
  3. 51 and raining in my neck of the woods right now. Cold, damp, and windy... .... a-g-a-i-n. Coldest June 9th ever on record. It's miserable. Endless fronts hitting us back-to-back. The fish are all screwed up. Some of them managed to spawn, but I think the bulk of them will just absorb the eggs and try again next year. Average catch per day so far this year is less than 5 fish. :-/
  4. Prayers sent.
  5. Send some of that heat my way!! Cloudy with a 63 degree high today, 52 tomorrow and rain. Mid- to upper-50's all next week, with rain -- same as last week (today is a heat wave! LOL). We're having the coldest June on record. Rain and cold every day. :-/
  6. Welcome Home!

  8. Maybe that's why everyone tries to pee on me! ;D
  9. I'm not from the NY area, but there are plenty of guys here who are. I'm sure they'll be more than willing to answer your questions. You may want to try posting them in the NE forum just to be sure.
  10. Way cool! Congrats. I've fished out boats like that many times and they're a lot of fun. One tip: if you're entering it from a dock where you have to step down into it, DON'T! Sit on the edge of the dock and ease yourself into it instead. Otherwise, you might lose your balance and grab the chair to right yourself, only to discover the chair isn't attached! You might find yourself overboard, chair in hand. Not.....not that it's ever happened to me. :
  11. Welcome home!

  14. I caught about 40 seconds of it while flipping channels, then kept flipping. 'Nuff said.
  15. This is true. Bill and Ray gave me some contact info and said a lot of good things about Kentucky lake. I think most of them knew about us. I think the only two who seemed to not know who we are were Rick Clunn and Forrest Wood. However, both said they didn't use the Internet much. So I'm sure they've been here once or twice, but just didn't remember. You have to remember, a lot of these guys had already spent a long day fishing, signing autographs, and doing interviews. So they were pretty tired. As for KVD - he had his game face on. I never saw his expression change during any of his interviews. On the women's side - they ALL were very familiar with BassResource.com, and were quite enthusiastic to speak to us. Unfortunately we didn't start taping this segment until after we met and did our interviews with them. Oh well, I'll be seeing them in September, so I'll get them then.
  16. Concentrate on the north end - the big bay. The smallies should be stacked in there right now.

  18. Yup. It took nearly 6 weeks to get all the pics and video clips from everyone. Next year we'll download them to my computer THERE each day. Then we'll give them to Long Mike to edit. ;D
  19. Hey there - for those of you who were at the Guntersville RoadTrip, have you tried out the freebies you recieved (JJ's Magic, Catch & Release, MegaStrike, Cavitron, Evolution Jigs, KVD Line & Lure, BTS boat protectant)? If so, did they work for you? Post your findings here - good, bad, or indifferent. Inquiring minds want to know!

  25. And yes, that's really me ten years ago. I was a licensed pyrotechnician setting up a 4th of July show at Ala Moana park in Hawaii. But that's another story.
