Thanks Fletch, I jumped ship and went back to Fenwick, which is where I should have stayed. Don't know till you try. I am also pleased with All Star's and Cabelas Fish Eagle II all three have given nothing short of perfect satisfaction.

That makes 11 Premier rods over 4 members. I would say that is a ST Croix Problem. Never happened with my Fenwicks or Cabelas . not once.

SAD= No acceptance for how things are, they even have a little pill for this now.
